Permit me to say this, I don't see the need for this token. Okay the platform is doing a fine thing help to spot fake things but why do I need a token for this. Alot of these projects need to come to their senses they have a great idea but to think they should tokenize everything is very crazy
To secure transactions. I think only this reason. Faster, more reliable ... besides, the security token is an asset of Bonafi. Some privileges, more liquidity, increased functionality, and so on ... you need to read the whitepaper to understand. The primary purpose of the tokens on the platform is for the rewards. As the manufacturer connects with the consumers, the rewards are used to motivate the consumers to send user reviews and comments on the products that they authenticate using Bonafi platform.

Bonafi makes a product for people. For each of us. I don’t understand why many people write a “strange project”, “I don’t see the point in a token” and so on ... guys, if you like fakes, like to buy low quality goods, that’s your business. I am sure that most people are not like you.
About the meaning of tokenization. The project developers wanted to do this. So it’s safer and faster. This is all completely legal. They negotiated with the SEC for several months.
Please note that there has been no negotiation with the SEC. Bonafi just follows the SEC Regulation D rule 506(c) and Regulation S. - Bonafi team.

May i ask that whom you see as a direct competition (like vechain maybe?) and what are your advantages over your those companies?
Bonafi consideres VeChain.com to be its main competitor. However, they suffer from an NFC tag that can be easily duplicated. Bonafi's tag is cryptography encrypted and impractical to duplicate. Each of Bonafi's NFC tags is unique and uncopiable. As such, it is useful for authentication of goods and shows the supply chain information. It is also useful on recall items and asset tracking as well. Bonafi plans to build an online platform where the consumers and manufacturers come together to share information on the authenticity of the goods that we buy everyday worldwide.

Where can I read more about the market "seized" by counterfeiters and the amount of $ 600 billion annually? Is this some kind of official information?
There are a lot of articles about this, I think you should try to search Google. As well as Bonafi has a reddit, where there are many useful articles about counterfeiters https://www.strategyand.pwc.com/reports/counterfeit-pharmaceuticals

ICO Analysis: Bonafi Published on October 7, 2018 By Daniel Won Proof: https://hacked.com/ico-analysis-bonafi/Team CTO Byongmin Lee: Lee was the founder at Tinnos, Inc., a Korean company producing automobile parts for 12 years and a senior member of research staff at Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute. JungSik Lee: Lee is the manager of HW engineering at Tinnos, Inc. Advisors Rachael McCrary: McCrary was a senior designer at Skechers and Delta Galil. Verdict Below is a breakdown of the risks and growth potential of Bonafi. Risks Many blockchain supply chain management projects already exist and are further developed. (-1) The absence of team members working for world-class companies might make it hard to establish partnerships with huge companies. (-2) More information on the platform and the Crypto-Tag security would be better. (-1) Growth Potential Permanent immutable nature of public blockchains is a perfect fit for supply chain management. (+2.5) The team has obtained enormous experience working in automobile part companies, an industry where counterfeit goods are a huge problem. (+4) Combined with a blockchain, the trademarked main product, the Crypto-Tag, ensures that the product is genuine. (+2) Disposition The existence of counterfeit products is a huge problem for everyone. The use of low-quality materials in production causes consumer health problems and even death in extreme cases such as in 2008 Chinese Baby Milk Scandal. To solve this crucial issue, many blockchain supply chain management projects have been launched. Most of these projects aim to create an immutable permanent transparent ledger of the product’s life from the very beginning of its production to the time the consumer obtains it so that any platform user can access to check the product’s authenticity. Bonafi is one among many, standing out with it’s the Crypto-tag product. Although the project seems promising, compared to similar projects, there are not many team members who have worked for Fortune 500 companies and this might make it hard for the project to establish connections and partnerships with such companies. This is a crucial element for any blockchain supply management project, because if there is no such partnership, then there is no chain of data to validate authenticity. Yet the team is highly experienced in the automobile parts industry in which counterfeit goods is a huge problem. More information on the platform and product security would be better to evaluate the project’s worth and estimate any return on investment as any security vulnerability would be costly. Bonafi receives a 4.5/10. Investment Details Type: ERC20 – Security Symbol: BONA Platform: Ethereum Crowdsale: November 5th Minimum Investment: $100 Price: $0.1 Hard Cap: $15,000,000 Payments Accepted: Unspecified Restricted from Participating: Unspecified Please add the following team members: Steve Kuh, CEO - 22 years as CEO of IT Tech firm Roberto Medrano, Investor Advisor - 4+ Exits, Supply Chain DR. When an item is purchased, we don’t always know where It was made, when it was made, and who made it. Through Bonafi’s platform we answer the question: Is it a real or a fake? Main advantages: 1) Cryptography encrypted tag makes our tag uniquely identified for each items on blockchain, rendering copy and duplication impractical 2) Rewards allow the customers to monetize their own consumer buying habit data 3) Big Data marketing on the Bonafi Platform Why Bonafi 1) Security ICO – with the security token offering in the USA, it is Reg D 506(c) and Reg S offering 2) Investment vehicle through Convertible Notes that converts to BONA Securities. The world of technologies is changing every day and it is important not to waste a chance. Use it now for not to lose it today!
Yes, the truth is that the sale has not started yet, so just get ready. And note that the first stage, the minimum amount for investment - 2000 dollars for private sale and 500 dollars for pre-sale Is it known what they are waiting for with their sale? Is it because of the market conditions right now? Maybe that may become better during the next few weeks towards the end of the year. In what sense, what are they waiting for? They are waiting for the means to continue their development and development in this direction. Soft cap sizes of 3 million dollars. Not so little, but not much. I don't know if it is much or not. If you think about it from a different and more realistic perspective, 3 million still is a lot of money. Hardly any project could collect 3 million years ago when crypto wasn't existent. By the way, guys, there's a little update. The soft cap is now not $3 million, but $1 million. A solid cap - 15 million dollars. The token retention time is again 12 months, instead of 40 days. These are the requirements of the SEC I think that it still doesn't make sense. Imagine you have 15 million dollars. How many things could you do with that? And they claim that everything will just be spent on coding? (at least mostly). I don't know... There are a lot more to do than just coding. In fact, the coding part would be straightforward. Bonafi plans to spend the funds as follows: Research and Development: 25% Advertisement and Marketing: 25% Human Resources: 25% Operations:5% Legal:5% Miscellaneous: 5% Overhead:10%

A good project for investing money this year. Despite the decline of the market. security token is extremely relevant in our time. This is a more modern way of investing and safer
What are the privileges of the security token before the utility's token? The SEC considers that most ICOs in the USA are security offerings. The advantage of the Security Token Exchange is the fact that the Security tokens can be sold and bought as soon as the BONA token is listed whereas traditional investments take years to reach the IPO on a stock exchange. They have different use cases. Security Token is good because of liquidity advantage when the Security Token Exchange is established. But, you have to wait until it happens in the future. Advantages include compliance with the laws of the USA, liquidity when Security Token Exchanges are built in the future; and vast financial market in the USA once the company token is listed on a Security Token Exchange. It is correct that the Security Tokens cannot be sold today because there is no such exchange in existance. But, the 12 month custody is designed by the SEC to protect any unaccredited investors to buy the tokens from overseas secondary markets. There is no Security Token Exchange that exists in the USA as of yet. There are about 40 companies working on this, e.g., OpenFinance, Polymath, tZero, ... As for the Utility Tokens, you can sell them right away in a lot of the exchanges around the world. But, there are a lot of shit coins...

I see that you are considering options with auto parts. Have any of the manufacturers already shown interest? Became a witness of counterfeit Ford parts last year, there was a very unpleasant experience with engine defect. I hope that Bonafi will at least somehow influence the counterfeit market and reduce it to a minimum.
Could you share the details of your experience? What city? What part? How did you discover the counterfeit part?

The idea of creating an anti-counterfeit project on the blockchain is fascinating. Especially your methods of interaction between the manufacturer and the buyer. It should be extremely convenient, right?
Of course! This is a full-fledged marketing tool. An ideal way to understand what people like and do not like. Did I understand correctly that Bonafi will sell the received data? That is, is this a possibility of profit for them? Yes. Bonafi plans to monetize the Big Data as it collects information from the Opt-In users on the Bonafi platform.

It's bad that the softcap changes during the sale of the tokens. This means that the project team does not know what it wants)) Actually, the sale of the tokens have not begun at Bonafi due to more time needed for legal preparations. The reason for lowering the Soft/Hardcap is due to the fact that Bonafi now plans to do both ICO and also raise funds with VCs and Private Equity/Family Offices via Tokenized Convertible Notes. I wonder where I can read more about this? Please join the Bonafi Telegram at t.me/bonafi

Hello I have just one question to you. What is the amount or percentage of funds from ICO that will be alocated for advertising and marketing?
Bonafi plans on spending quote a bit on advertising and marketing after the ICO. We would be spending about 25% of the funds from the ICO on advertising and marketing. Bonafi plans the use of the ICO funds as follows: Research and Development: 25% Advertisement and Marketing: 25% Human Resources: 25% Operations:5% Legal:5% Miscellaneous: 5% Overhead:10%

What is Bonafi? I do not know about this project. Can you give me more information about Bonafi?
Bonafi provides anti-counterfeit solution on blockchain for goods sold. Cryptography encrypted Crypto-Tag is used to be inserted into goods during manufacturing, and the supply chain information is recorded on blockchain as the goods are shipped from the manufacturers to the consumers. The consumers use Bonafi phone App, powered by company BONA tokens, to scan the product with the Crypto-tag and authenticate if it is the real thing or a fake. See www.bonafi.io
