1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: So, I have 7 Computers using an i5 ASIC Processor, what coins can I mine? on: June 06, 2018, 03:50:10 PM
So, I'm an idiot.

Legit, so I get around 573 h/s per machine, so that's 4010 h/s  (This is without OC because these computers are bios locked, can't set a clock speed on the bios)

So realistically, I can get up to 640 h/s on each machine if I OC, and electricity wise, I'll make about 189$ a month. I've ran countless Items before, but I'm prepared to run these computers constant.

I'll try Zion Coin, I was trying ByteCoin but my coins mined isn't what I really was looking for.
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: HYCON Mining - CPU Mining good profits on 24 Hours using simple notebook on: June 06, 2018, 06:32:28 AM
Hi guys,

It doesn't work. I'm receiving the following error:
Error: Upnp Port mapping failed, please confirm your router supports UPNP and that UPNP is enabled or you just not behind the NAT, Hycon will use your local port:8148

[2018-06-05 11:53:53.930] [INFO] Network - All Peers 0

[2018-06-05 11:53:57.915] [INFO] CpuMiner - CPU Hashrate: 0 H/s

Tried another network, but still the same error. Can anyone help?

Thanks!  Undecided

Disable firewall, antivirus, and others networkers blockers.

And try again.

On windows i not got sucess. Just in mac i run without problems.

I got in, but still no peers, I guess it's a fairly new coin?

It opens up a new window on my internet tab, to track what's going on? I'll let you guys know in the morning if it picks anything up?

I'm using CPU mining as well, as the onboard GPU is a bunch of malarchy garbage.

Any help would be appreciated. I would love to know how to upgrade my h/s on these machines, and/or increase value of the hash.

So you're already mining with it

what are you mining?

what miner are you using?

what's your settings?

this is to identify if there's a need to tweak your settings

I was mining ByteCoin but was only getting 120 hashes, when I could have been getting maybe 300 h/s using OC. A friend of mine said that I could be making more if I had better CPUs but apparently, these ones are fine for mid level use. And the above comments state that I need a botnet because CPU mining is dead, I need a botnet as well to do it?
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / So, I have 7 Computers using an i5 ASIC Processor, what coins can I mine? on: June 06, 2018, 02:55:18 AM
As title states, I have 7 computers, yes 7, locally ran and owned, and was going to sell them for parts, but was like, "HEY, HOLD THE PHONE, I CAN MAKE MINERS OUT OF THESE"

Code:
Time of this report: 6/5/2018, 19:52:41
             Machine name: DESKTOP-358O18G
         Operating System: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit (10.0, Build 10586) (10586.th2_release_sec.160630-1736)
                 Language: English (Regional Setting: English)
      System Manufacturer: Hewlett-Packard
System Model: HP Compaq 8200 Elite SFF PC
                     BIOS: Default System BIOS
                Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2500 CPU @ 3.30GHz (4 CPUs), ~3.3GHz
                   Memory: 4096MB RAM
      Available OS Memory: 3984MB RAM
Page File: 1496MB used, 3895MB available
              Windows Dir: C:\Windows
          DirectX Version: 11.1
      DX Setup Parameters: Not found
User DPI Setting: Using System DPI
System DPI Setting: 96 DPI (100 percent)
          DWM DPI Scaling: Disabled
                 Miracast: Not Available
Microsoft Graphics Hybrid: Not Supported
           DxDiag Version: 10.00.10586.0000 64bit Unicode

So, that is the specs of all the computers, if needed, I can add a bit more ram to 4 of them. I'm using CPU mining as well, as the onboard GPU is a bunch of malarchy garbage.

Any help would be appreciated. I would love to know how to upgrade my h/s on these machines, and/or increase value of the hash.
