I have seen a very similar project called Travelblock. It doensn't have as great of a following, but they seem to have a lot of great partnered companies, which I don't see here. (although I've only looked a little bit at their site, could be wrong)

Yes I have seen that happening, but I guess there's usually some indicators beforehand. I'm interested to see what most people usually look at.

I always have found interesting ICO through Youtube, after that I usually read the white paper and join the Telegram. If there's a few eeks left usually the Telegram activity will show if it's interesting enough.

I think a lot of it has to do with the big 'bubble' all kinds of media have been describing. As soon as the market stumbles a little bit everyone starts selling to minimize losses. Nobody wants to see their portfolio collapse into nothing.

I'd say it is best to learn first. However, a lot of people get caught up in learning about the specifics of blockchain. You don't need to know a lot about the technical side, you need to know how the exchanges work and the economic side.
