I have a question, and do not take this to be offensive, but you are leaving out more than half of the world who are not official employees. People in China India and Africa for example who are not even recorded anywhere as employees since they either earn daily cash wages or live on land that they work on for a share of the farming/rearing industries, to keep their families fed.
This is the problem you should look at, in my opinion.
Thanks for the comment, Leea and it's a very good point. We absolutely do not intend to leave these folks out as they will be able to participate in the marketplace and redeem prizes that are local to them. For example, many large US companies and employers have offices in the regions you mention. So if one of their employees decides to auction off a prize, anyone there that holds URTokens, employee or not, will be able to bid and use local experiences. If the dev team do more interview session, with Q&A sessions giving the bounty team more resources to post, it will go a long way to improve PR activities. Tell me, please, such question, whether dividends will be added to holders of tokens of the given project?

I have one question. Can you tell me why you selected a niche domain for a blockchain project?
Good question! And the answer is we really don't think it's so niche — employee rewards and recognition are HUGE in corporate america and in many other countries. Also, there are no competitors in the space, it adds real value while solving an existing pain-point. Just watched the vimeo video of what the URT project is all about, and I have to say that I think this project has major potential if it can deliver a working product to the corporate rewards market.

What is the minimum/maximum amount you can invest in the crowdsale and what will happen to the unsold tokens?
They have mentioned in the ANN that any unsold will be burnt. Thanks boyrocky, that's right, all unsold Universal Recognition Tokens will be burnt. The crowd-sale min/max will be announced soon, as for the private pre-sale, its 5/5000. |

As a white collar worker i liked your project, as far as i understand you create a marketplace and sign partnerships with companies. Company gives credits to its workers and workers choose whatever they like?
Good to have you rjp55, as someone in the white collar corporate world, I am guessing you have felt the pain before. And you're exactly right, companies giving out Universal Recognition Tokens directly to their employees is our ultimate goal. Right now, the team is working on giving companies a native, embeddable integration into their existing engagement workflow, to make it as easy as possible for their employees to participate. This way we will be able to get lots of partnerships quickly, and once people realize the utility, we will have companies issue URT directly. |
