Made a config file: C:\Users\[USER]\AppData\Roaming\MaxCoin named: maxcoin.conf

Now to wallet directory pressed run.cmd and writed: maxcoind (for faster results, waited 10-15min, then closed) now type: maxcoin-qt.exe -c maxcoin.conf
