No they don't. There's no escrow. HEX was distributed by team because the HEX ceo was 2 lazy to do it. Oh I see because I saw a bounty they announced and made the statement that rewards are escrowed by bounty detective I will look for the link soon. |

In as much as we try to criticise centralized wallets let us not forget that most exchanges with liquidity are also centralized. These wallets are not as bad as they're been portrayed aside cex wallets holding your funds, they seem t OK be easy to use as well for fiat transactions which no Dex wallet has offered so far.

When we see such rules, let us not forget the activities of some hunters who never obeys any instructions because they're too lazy or they don't take their hunting seriously. Imagine a rule of making 7 posts weekly, a hunter makes these posts in a day in social media campaigns who is to be blamed. Rules are to discipline everyone. Hunters should see themselves as workers and should keep the company rules.
