Could you please clarify your telegram notification on the airdrop 2?

We've been told that the tokens for airdrop 1 have been disbursed but due to "network congestion", they'll take a few days to arrive. I claimed on 10th July and as of 5 minutes ago, have received nothing. Status in my account still shows pending.

Now it states the airdrop 1 tokens will be disbursed after 20th October, 2018!
