Campaign security update. Main concerns addressed in this update is the security of fair participants’ earnings. Registration procedure became stricter to eliminate fakes and scamming attempts.
Updates:
-- Set minimum interval between posts on Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Bitcointalk.
-- Now participants must provide Proof of Authentication before applying for a bounty campaign.
-- Adding a new campaign for an existing participant is not allowed any more.

If I join bounty from yesterday and already finish Job before you update Rule then can you accept it?
