Both has it's advantages and disadvantages. But if you are asking where is much safer, I would say the bank. Securities in the banks are upgrading.

Yes you can earn a thousand dollars, just be active in joining bounty campaigns in several projects. There are some airdrops too. Just make sure that there is future in their projects. Some projects looks promising but in the end it's just a scam. Or some just doesn't end well and their worth just keeps on decreasing.

I agree for some but most of the new projects are just weak and not really in for the cryptoworld, ending up as shit coins. 

Patience is the key for success. A lot of problems will be faced in every battle. Patience really pays off when we start seeing differently, expand our empathy, and pull tolerance from positivity.

Yes I always read it. It's much better to read the whitepaper to know all the details about the project. Reading it will help you understood their regulations and if it is worthy to invest in them.
