Swapping Guide.

1. Effective date: The first day of the year of the Tiger 恭贺新春 February 1, 2022 until March 22 2022.

2. Details:
The blockchain of the AFRO was adopted by the postal authoritiy of the state of Ivory Coast for the digital registered letter online service and will shortly partner with more governments of the African Continent as well as international organizations.

In this respect, the Foundation will perform full KYC and follow strictly AML policy while performing a change of algorithm to BEP-20 : the Binance Smart Chain allows new functionnalities such as the use of smart contratcts and a better integration in the Crypto-ecosystem, scalability for achieving e-government and multiple legal applications such as recording intellectual property, lands, deeds and NFT for the African Art and culture.

Among those functionnality, we have added the principle of Tobin Tax (« Robin Hood tax ») levied on each transactions and allocated to the wallets of the 54 countries of Africa.

For now, the tax is at 0, and will be activated only upon unanimous decision of the states of Africa adopting the AFRO as an alternate currency.

3. Notices
AFRO holders will have to exchange their AFRO; the existing AFRO will be of no value coin after March 22 2022. The AFRO holders must have to exchange their AFRO before March 22 2022, after that time period we will not be liable to provide any AFRO.

5. AFRO swapping details
The holders will get AFRO by swapping as described below.
Holders will verify on the Afro mobile application to be able to swap their coins from AFRO WALLET - Apps on Google Play AFRO wallet.

They will get the address of the swapping wallet after being verified (ID and address) on the mobile app.
Upon consideration we might require further information.

The new AFRO will then be sent after validation of 2 AML officers of the AFRO Foundation in their new wallet as per below.
