As for the VAT on gold, that seems slightly off to put it mildly, but not all pure gold is VAT free in Europe though. Stuff like http://www.edelmetall-handel.de/gold/goldgranulat/goldgranulat-1g.html is not excempt. I wonder if reclaiming the VAT on Denarium coins would work? Anyone with insight in this matter? |

Last week (pre-fork) I negotiated and agreed on deal selling a funded Litecoin. Ignoring forking realities and the lack of negotiation on this specific point I shipped the item today. Going by early Yobit LCC prices the item when I posted had a peel value higher than negotiated price when I sent it.
Negotiated pre-fork, shipped coin loaded with pre-fork coins after the fork, will get paid in post-fork coins post-fork.

No reason to let BFX know who you are, and if they did you didn't sign anything, at least not related to the account you margin trade on. BFX is a little weird when it comes to flash crashage, they're crazy conservative on leverage yet stop cascades easily bring stuff to zero. Compare with the BitMEX swap, even with half the degens at 100x it doesn't zap you like that. |

Fwiw the satori coins at the time were going for $40 each. Some people are scum suckers and will try to chargeback on anything. But yeah loaded coins that is my last time on ebay for them
But this is specifically a Paypal and not eBay problem? Some EU sellers insist on SEPA/IBAN transfers and do not accept Paypal, dont know how common this is for US'ians. Would this be a safe way to use eBay as a seller of funded items, or are there eBay specific regs that could extend liability further? |
