Hello there.

I am fairly new to Bitcoin and recently read about Bitcoin crowdfunding, before efforting a lot of time on a project I would like your thoughts on my idea.....

I have been collecting Silver and small collectibles for quite a time. My passion are silver pieces made by a german silver manufacturer in pforzheim germany called Louis Kuppenheim. For further information on this topic check my site: www.louis-kuppenheim.de

Most dealers and collectors have no idea or knowledge on this maker.

I am thinking of exhibiting my collection (and other collectors pieces) maybe 2019/20 in Germany to a well known museum.

However as money doesn`t lay around on the street, there are certain important pieces which would be a very good ad on for the exhibition.

Like this piece:

This fine cigarette case is rare as it depicts a bar scene from around 1920-24. Look at the details closely. The price is negotiable.

These insider Tipps doen`t only occur to this maker. Theres also a lot of good high quality silver Hollowware (Candlesticks, teapots etc) out there which can be bought very cheap...By cheap I mean often buying silver for little over scrap prices. Better pieces maybe 30-50% over scrap....And again, most dealers have no idea about collecting and buying Design.

So the idea would be raising money to buy some important Kuppenheim pieces, (this could be expanded to other art nouveau, art deco Silver and design (Holloware)). Exhibiting the pieces over a certain period of time and then reselling it after maybe 2 - 4 years with a certain profit.

Do you guys here in the forum think that this idea could be crowdfunded? Is there a demand for such an idea?
How much money would have to be invested? Difficult and very good question. If we are only talking about Kuppenheim, I think within the next 12 months maybe 10.K to 20k $ are realistic.

If you also want to invest in good Hollowware then easily 20.k or more a month.

Check out this upcomming auction.

This teaset costs new around 60K Euros. I guess it will sell for around 8k. euros.

Looking forward to your thoughts.
Thanks for reading
Mike
