Cool site, just sold an Oculus Rift there
Deal is not completed just yet, as shipping will take its time, but I hope for the best.
Maybe a suggestion: When the deal is done via escrow service, after the escrow has received the funds, share the escrow address, so the seller can confirm the amount that is held in escrow, or at least show the amount (in crypto-currency, be it btc, ltc, ftc or xpm). Currently the items are shown as "sold" but the btc value behind the trade fluctuates as the currency exchange rate does, so its not really helpful.
