Ii stiu de cativa ani...dar nu am utilizat acest exchange pana recent, cand am vrut sa tranzactionez o moneda care era doar acolo. Nu ma asteptam la inselatoria asta grosolana...

Azi se implineste o luna de cand Bibox refuza sa-mi dea banii pe care am vrut sa mi-i retrag de pe exchange. Cred ca totul e pierdut, efectiv nu am cu cine discuta. Cand le scriu la suport primesc mesaje automate ca rezolva si sa am rabdare, bla-bla-bla... Aveti grija si nu utilizati acest exchange!

Am postat si pe international despre patania mea, poate va ajuta si pe alti useri sa nu fie fraudati. Hi everyone and thanks for all your support and advice! I want to upload my conversation with their 'support' team, in order to understand better what is happening to me.
As you can see, they delay me day by day and not solve my problem...

There is no reason...I've talked since the first day with their support team[zendesk], but they only promised that will solve my problem...and have done nothing since then. I have commented on their Twitter account and I've been blocked.

Acum 11 zile am incercat sa-mi retrag banii de pe Bibox exchange si nici pana in ziua de astazi n-au ajuns la adresa unde am solicitat sa fie trimisi. Am scris la suport dar sunt dus mereu cu zaharelul si nu mi se rezolva problema.

Postez asta aici in speranta ca va poate ajuta sa evitati sa patiti acelasi lucru.
