Do you believe bitmax token will surge in price like binance coin
all exchange coins have the same chance to be the next bnb but, all depends on the development and the activity on the exchange itself if the exchange reputations growing, for sure the exchange token will surge too buddy They might have a chance of becoming the next BNB, but they do have an equal chance of becoming the next Bitconnect as well. A token tied to an exchange is indeed a risky investment!

Facebook doesn´t have enough money? They want to earn money in an industry they don't understand. This can only result in a damage of cryptocurrencies or in a damage Facebook as a company. They're not doing it for money only, they're doing it for better management of transactions. It's not like that they're totally inexperienced in this industry, as recently they talked to Winklevoss twins about this all.

XRP is taking a little damage from this BTC pump. Even though XRP is more than five years old, it's acting like a typical shitcoin right now. XRP is third biggest crypto in the world by market capital. It is not performing yo-yo style ups and downs like ETH and BTC has been in the past. It is a stable crypto. I cannot agree that XRP is stable, it was the most pump coin in 2017 but it's only carrying $.40 price now while it's ATH was $4 if I'm not mistaken. It has its pump and dump in the past also, nothing is really stable in this market IMO. The ATH was a momentary $3.40, but let's not blame people's greed and FOMO to a "pump and dump" scheme. People sent every coin absurdly high, especially XRP was the top performing one (or rather, the most crazily performing one) and everyone was punished for their thoughtless actions.
Now we've seen the opposite of this, which is extremely low prices. Again people are selling their XRP for free when their value should be over $1.00 after the technological improvements and the deals Ripple has scored.
And Bitcoin ATH was around $20,000 and yet a few weeks ago it was around $4000 and now it is $8700 - so that cannot be labelled stable. I could apply the same analogy to many other crypto to give my opinion on what I consider stable or not. XRP has no reason to be over $1, it is your opinion that it should be. As an investor who purchased many years ago I have seen a profit of many fold, I would be happy for XRP to end the 2019 year with a price of $0.45 while the other crypto around see their price fluctuate between hundreds and in the case of Bitcoin thousands of US$ in a matter of weeks with wild-west buying and selling - it is XRP that does not suffer on that scale. For me it has been a great investment but others have their own experiences and opinions. XRP goes up when all alts go up, and it goes down when all alts go down. This is not a very stable behaviour bro!

Hi!! First of all, I love ripple and I believe its the best crypto so far, but I want to be the Devil's advocate! Why would the banks use XRP instead of taking 5 years to create there own e-money? The banks are not that much in hurry? Are they? Why would the banks make this list of people rich : https://ledger.exposed/rich-stats by using ripple ? When in the history of the world does the king/emperor/president were kind and generous to their people? (I mean the leader giving away a bit of power = If they adopt the ripple XRP, Brad G and its crew are going to be richer than the banks) Banks could use Xrapid without ever using XRP so the price would rise? I see 2 paths, its either the big banks winning with their e-money crypto OR Ripple!!! (Who's going to win)? I would prefer ripple obviously!!! Thanks That's indeed a good question. Banks would not prefer to do the stuff like transactions on a public blockchain that is viewable by everyone. They should get their own private blockchain and integrate it to their system instead of relying on XRP. Any comments on this, anyone?

150 Mhs gets you roughly 3 USD per day, electricity cost = 0,1 USD/kwh , 0,75 ( 750 watt ) x 24 x 0,1 = 1,8 USD electricity cost , 3-1,8= 1,2 USD profit. Is it sensible to build a mining rig with this conditions? Maybe with second hand parts, definetaly not with brand new equipment. Is it sensible to continiue mining with your existing rig? Yes
Not everywhere the electric cost is 0.1$ per kWh. Maybe OP is living somewhere where the cost is 0.15$ per kWh.

Thanks for providing references guys! This is an interesting development as I remember that Facebook once had even banned the cryptocurrency advertisements on their platform. Now they're going to launch their own. You are very much welcome and don't mention it. Yep, they had banned crypto and ICO related advertisements a year ago. And my feeling was correct with that, that they were cooking something because they were eliminating their competitors. Now, here they are proudly announced the launching of their stablecoin soon which will be used in their facebook related partners/sister company. "First they ignore you, then they laugh at you, then they fight you, then they join you."

It's a shame that Cryptopia has brought in liquidators. They were more than a simple exchange with their boards and marketplace and one of my most commonly used exchanges. I do wish more exchanges and crypto companies as a whole gave postmortems of how a hack was successful. While perhaps embarrassing it could help the crypto community as a whole to know what took some site down and potential pitfalls others should avoid.
I don't think that there's going to be any change in attitude of traders. They'll keep putting their coins in exchanges. This is still a total jungle and the way the founder of Cryptopia is coming back with a new exchange is a proof of it.

For article reference - https://www.coindesk.com/facebook-to-roll-out-globalcoin-cryptocurrency-in-2020-report-saysI believe the chance of making it big in crypto is high as it is already backed by solid company, which is Facebook. So no doubt, they can initiate their developments even without holding ICO, IEO or any crowdfunding campaign for that matter. But we still need further information on how this coin will have an impact in the crypto industry or what difference would it give to the community... Thanks for providing references guys! This is an interesting development as I remember that Facebook once had even banned the cryptocurrency advertisements on their platform. Now they're going to launch their own.

A new cryptocurrency is coming in 2020 by Facebook. Zuckerberg will try to partner with the governments and make it a bridge between his products like WhatsApp and Facebook.
Where could it be heading to?
I thought that facebook didn't even create an announcement about ETA of facebook coin. Some articles said if facebook has already contacted the crypto exchange site for that. but that coin will play as utility and that will be only become the currency that will have used in the platform. Im feeling curious about where you get that clue about facebook coin will be launched on 2020? I saw a ticker about that date (2020) on BBC. I'll try to get some latest articles about it too, and post them here.

I expect to see some new listings at Bitmex now after this announcement. Binance will offer margin trading to a lot of mid-caps, stealing all the spotlight from Bitmex. However, I don't expect Binance to give the 100x leverage like Bitmex.

This is superb. BNB is trading well above its yesterday's psychological barrier of $30. A new ATH everyday!

This doesn't make any sense. Blockchain.com gives you access to your private keys of the addresses and you have 100% access to everything. They cannot hide your balance even if they want to. Everything is visible in the blockchain explorer. I agree that web-wallets aren't that secure. But they still can't hide your transaction.

Ethereum price currently at around $245 is doing very indeed.
I hope it remains stable.
It just crossed $256 yet again. I think we're going to see something like ~$300 by the end of this month. ETH is also driving up all the alts right now along with itself.

Does ZCASH have better anonymity than Monero? Can I keep ZCASH on hardware wallets, like Trezor or Ledger?
ZCash has the functionalities of both, transparent and private addresses. The transparent addresses work publicly, while the private addresses work as good as Monero. Yes I store ZEC on Ledger Nano S device.
