I really like the idea of your ICO. The current drawback of blockchain is that it works with a small group of users, but it doesn't scale very well, so the idea of transacting at an enterprise level is genius for large-scale adoption. If my current experience is any indication then purchasing anything with the current options on the market has been slow and unrewarding. No wonder very few marketplaces are adopting digital currencies as a checkout option.

We need a protocol like the one you're describing to take blockchain to the next level.
