who is your main competitor at this moment? Who is on your point of view is more successful in this market?
As I know Rentberry is still the only platform of its kind which combines not only the submission of ads as other companies but also the conclusion of contracts, monitoring of timely payment, consideration of applications for services and many more services. Give me a similar platform. But for sure there are companies with a similar set of services the activities of which you analyzed before launching Rentberry. Who would you call a strong rival? Craiglist...lol |

I am sure Rentberry will surpass many of its competitors. Millennials are now the largest demographic group in the U.S., surpassing previous generations. The overwhelming majority of them choose to rent rather than buy. Additionally, this generation is innovative and tech-savvy. Therefore, they will increasingly turn to Rentberry.
In the addition to above, I have heard most of the users are really waiting for implementing the crowdsourced security deposit system. I am looking forward to earning on that technology myself as well  Crowdfunding is less risky than investing in the stock market, that’s why everyone should wait till Rentberry implements it. |

Hello, We are the first closed-loop rental platform. Platforms like Zillow is just the website including simple classified ads. Here are some key benefits for landlords: - Landlord benefits will include the ability to list any property on the platform with a specified asking price and include detailed information on the given rental unit. - All rental applications will be collected in a user-friendly format with the option to accept or reject any application with a single click. - Quick information exchange: e-signing rental agreement, online open house scheduling, instant messages between landlords and tenants - As Rentberry evolves, the platform will allow tenants and landlords to rate each other by submitting reviews, and will also allow both parties to assess each other by reference to those reviews and an immutable record of rental activity stored on the blockchain. - All payments on the platform will be executed in BERRY tokens. I am not sure that people even read it, what a pity. After investing in crypto, they decide to ask some questions and complaining about prices.
If you are researching a platform itself, a whitepaper can be a good source. Before invest, you have to read it carefully.

Actually I want to choose both because the price is good. But if I choose one I will choose ethereum, I think the ethereum will show good growth and have a high value in 2018. As for me I prefer ETH more.
