2  Economy / Service Discussion / Not receivig Bitstamp Withdrawal confirmation emails on: June 21, 2014, 05:03:43 PM
I do receive their deposit confirmation and I did all work to check spam and that my email is working properly.
My account is verified.
But can't withdraw a penny.
Customer support is not responding.
Anybody else having this problem?
3  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: SCRYPT ASIC miner ready. BTC+LTC ASIC miner, LA1THS, usd5000, stock ready now. on: March 17, 2014, 05:36:49 PM
Well Jack, how about this:
I have ordered and paid for LA3M on Feb 11 and still nothing - well except promises, that you will ship or have shipped it. Every time I call DHL - nothing.

To your credit, you have shipped my previous order pretty fast, so I don't understand why the flip..

Anyway, Jack you owe me - ship me the LA3M or give full refund. Just take care of it asap please. I am tired hunting for you on Skype.

I do like CoinSolver Smiley

Payouts for 2/4/2014 were unusually low.
0.01BTC for 3.3+MH/s
I would expect +-0.03BTC for that speed
Any reason for that? Just bad luck?

Great!
I am happy that you are happy with you investment.

One question: Are you going to make that money back?

I may/may not, but when I bought KNC miners last summer, it was the same risk - made it back and then some. I love technology and want to be part of the digging - that's my motivation.

Besides, I spend all profits on good food anyway Smiley

James Support, Oct 25 16:12 (JST):

Hello,

Thank you for the email. Due to volumes of withdrawals and backlogs there are delay in processing the withdrawals. We are working to clear the backlogs. Sorry for the inconvenience caused. We would not be able to provide ETA at the moment.

We would sure track on the withdrawal and update you once processed. We appreciate your patience and understanding till then.

Best regards,
