For me 280x have been doing 500h/s and the better one 550h/s on claymores, 290x at 840 h/s at total of 850W, with xmrig 280x are doing 460h/s, the best one is 500h/s and 290x at 790h/s. total usage 960W I lost about 280H/s in total, and power consumption is 110W higher. Is there any better miner for 280x/290x?

Damn, my 290x (Hynix) keeps crashing (on stock settings) after few hours of mining. Program freezes so bad that I need to restart computer. I got 2 rigs each has 5 gpus (280x, 290x) and I only got problem with 1 card. I tryed the card which crashed on both rigs and I get same results. It works good on claymores monero miner. Is there anything I can do? Any ideas? I had this problem on all versions.

Not bad What pool is this? Nicehash I like them especially when the coin is in decline as it is. (You earn btc directly for each share you submit) So you don't spend all day mining it, then by the time you sell on the exchange its worth 25% less. How do you do that? When I enter btc address in *.bat file it says this address is not supported. This is my bat file for btc mining at nice hash ZecMiner64.exe -tt 76 -zpool equihash.eu.nicehash.com:3357/#xnsub -zwal wallet adress -zpsw x -allpools 1 -i 2 Sorry I still dont get it. How do you get payed in BTC if u enter ZEC wallet address? I tryed your bat file with BTC address and it doesnt work.

Guys I got 1500W power supply and RIG is drawing 1400W, should I add another 750W power supply to power motherboard and the 1500W for the GPUS? Anyone got experience with this? I don't like to load my power supply with more then 80%, I feel if I keep it running at 90 or 95% will will get fried in a couple of days.
As long as your temps are okay, you should be fine. Temps are 50-70C

PSUs are rated by DC power output so a 1500W PSU supplying 1500W would be drawing ~1700W AC power from the wall depending on efficiency. 1400W from the wall means the PSU is supplying ~1250W = 83% of 1500W. Oh I didn't know that, thanks!

Claymore seems to be working as he doesn't write anything here. So we should stay tuned ;> but if he wil end miner before price dump below 0.1btc?;>
Yeah I got working miner today but I don't want to release it until I get at least 100h/s on 390, it will take some more time. You are correct, with such drop in price it seems everyone will mine ETH again when I release ZEC miner Where can I follow you for updates? I want to use ur zec mining software asap:)

Claymore's CryptoNote GPU Miner v9.5 280x - ~64% load ,have a day works,win8.1x64 ,15.12 If you set power limit to like -50% gpu usage will go to 100%, but hashrate wont change. (I used MSI afterburn)

125k clam on polo at 0.0045 btc/clam, kinda scares me when I see that most of the clams is owned by 1 person :/ , would much prefer doogcoin xD How much clams were digged by the whale digger already? like 300k? so still 200k+ to go?

See a couple of posts up - I wasn't considering a "swap" at all.
I was considering having the initial distribution of the new coin be such that everyone has the same as the amount of already-moved CLAM they had at that block. Coins which hadn't moved since the initial CLAM distribution wouldn't feature in the new coin's blockchain.
And so "the digger" would only have the 38% of his 500k that he moved already, and the next generation of large diggers would have nothing.
The idea being that since some people want digging to stop and others want it left alone, we need a 2nd coin in which digging has stopped.
For those who want digging left as it started, there's CLAM. For people who want it stopped, there's the other coin.
Again, it's just an idea someone brought up. So far I've heard nothing against it other than that "it's a bad idea". But is it? And if so, why so?
Do it.

Maybe doog should just make JD coin were ppl could convert/burn already digged clams into JD coin, rest unclaimed would not be possible to convert/burn, by doing that JD coin would become like JD stocks. I also dont care about clam, Im into clam cuz of JD.
|
|
|
I would just disable the digging part. What got me into this coin is JD, JD also give this coin value, without it its worthless. Without JD I would sell them as soon as I would get my hands on them (as most of the ppl probably would).
