it is all fixed now.

Changed all the passwords just in case.

Answer from support:

Confirmations: I raised the confirms yesterday by about 50 because I was feeling concerned about some network related things, major net hashrate fluctuations.

Thanks for reminding me frankly, I will reduce back to 120.

Wrote 2 mails on the support page but those were 3-4 hours ago already. No response to that. that's why I posted my post.

1st mail was about why we need around 200 confirmations at his pool inorder to receive the rewards. (compared to other pools thats quitte high).
2nd was about that my account has been locked out.

Thanks for his details. Hopefully he will come online soon.
