Hi all...need some advice
On the 8th 9th October Livecoin encountered critical issues with their servers...NOW on the 9th Oct my email address was changed without me knowing about it and my account was emptied of DIG which also had problems around this time
My contact with support is saying that this is my responsibility as I did not secure my account properly even though it occurred when their system was down
I had all security measures in place including 2fa
I received NO warning from Livecoin when my email address was about to be changed
Please advise
