Life used to be different for "Crypto Shaolin."

Long before he was known by his current nickname, he'd follow tourists in the heat of central Africa, swinging an ice box and offering them a chilly bottle of Coca Cola or Fanta with a sugary smile to match.

But as chipper as his demeanor made him out to be, Crypto Shaolin calls this past work "frustrating." Not only was it meager pay, he had ambitions to rival his role models Elon Musk and Steve Jobs.

One of these drinks may have put him on that path, though, when by chance he passed a Coke to a man wearing a strangely worded shirt.

Curiosity piqued, Crypto Shaolin asked what it was all about. After all, he'd never heard of "HODL" before.   

Over the last couple of years, digital currency has been rapidly gaining the public eye. Here are some good reasons behind it.

• Fraud-proof: When cryptocurrency is created, all confirmed transactions are stored in a public ledger. All identities of coin owners are encrypted to ensure the legitimacy of record keeping. Because the currency is decentralized, you own it. Neither government nor bank has any control over it.

Blockachain technology ensures secure digital transactions through encryption and “smart contracts” that make the entity virtually unhackable and void of fraud. With security like this, blockchain technology is poised to impact nearly every segment of our lives.

• Instant Settlement: Blockchain is the reason why cryptocurrency has any value. Ease of use is the reason why cryptocurrency is in high demand. All you need is a smart device, an internet connection and instantly you become your own bank making payments and money transfers.

• Accessible: There are over two billion people with access to the Internet who don't have rights to use to traditional exchange systems. These individuals are clued-in for the cryptocurrency market.

• You are the owner: There is no other electronic cash system in which your account is owned by you.

I think there is no certain amount, you must decide it by yourself. It depends on the amount of money and income you have. Invest an amount that wouldn't hurt you financially even if you lost all of it because you can lose everything in one moment. You should put in crypto only money without which you can live, first of all.

Why should you give up, mat? crypto has a great perspective. It seems to have a great demand.

I think crypto will be ok all the time. It will not die. In crypto we trust!!! 

`I believe the projects are using KYC as a ploy to not payout after bounty hunters have already done the work.  I see more and more of these surprise KYC requirements after the work is done.  This is clearly being done to seize the funds of the bounty hunters who are not willing to give personal data to god knows who.  

Very clever trick. They are trying to use us then ask for requirements which go directly against the movement.`

if you are a real person and have nothing to hide, what is a problem for you to pass KYC? it takes only few min, but gives safety!

Know your customer is the process of a business verifying the identity of its clients and assessing potential risks of illegal intentions for the business relationship.
It helps to know who are you. If you ar ok and you have nothing to hide, why can`t you pass KYC? It takes only a few minutes...

I think it`s ok to do all it together. bounty and airdrops don't take a lot of time, but they give you tokens for free.
at the same time you should traid them. why not?   

A lot’s changed since the 1990’s … everybody is connected to everybody else, computer’s run everything like our banks and financial markets…


but something’s still haven’t changed, like, when Alice needs to send Bob some money, they each need people to record the transaction, then validate it, and then tally it with the other side’s recording….over and over, every time some change is made. That’s a lot of work just to make sure what Bob sees is the same as Alice.

Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) allows Bob and Alice to stay in sync, while making sure that nobody can change the data for their own agenda.

The most common use case of DLT is blockchain. There are a lot of DLT products out there who store and share their data on the blockchain which is neat but takes a toll in terms of scalability because everybody has a copy of what Alice and Bob did. That’s a lot of duplicate copies and then there’s privacy to think about it i.e. when Bob and Alice make a transaction the only people should know about it are … Bob and Alice


There are other DLT use cases like Corda which uses the Corda ledger keeping scalability in mind. When Bob and Alice make a transaction on the Corda ledger the transaction is not put into a block with everybody else’s. Each deal is individual in itself, and both parties are in control as to whether they want to include a third party service for things like validation and recording.


Another distributed ledger technology is hashgraphs which gives weight to scalability more than a public consensus.

Basically it's a chip put into a computer that needs to display resource intensive graphics (e.g. hardcore gaming). I also think that such coins after airdrops should be should be sold as soon as they come in your wallet because the chance that they rise in price is very small, but even if you believe in this project - it may be the best investment on time!

The potential is too low, but we still hold. There is a great potential in crypto and Blockchain all in.
