It's sad to see these poor attempts at stability.

Having the same number of coins as a currency does not mean the coins will be worth the same.  By your logic, Mooncoin (384,400,000,000 coins) should be worth 14 Euros each (5,400,000,000,000 Euros & Majorcoins).  Are 5.4 trillion buttons worth 1 Euro each because there are only 5.4 of them?

Does the dev. team have at least 1 person with a business background?

I have an idea for a stable coin design, but no technical skills to execute it.

I'm surprised they picked a static inflation coin amount per year, instead of a variable coin growth rate by using a fixed percentage of inflation.  That is, 10 billion inflation after year 1 is 71% inflation, year 2 is 41%, year 3 is 29%.

It seems like a fixed percent of inflation (e.g. variable number of coins produced each year) would result in a more stable coin price and better unit of currency.

So 14 billion, then 2.1 billion (15%), then 2.4 billion, then 2.7 billion, etc. would achieve a more stable price.

Anyone up for making a clone?

Does the math add up?
My calculations shows the payout maxes out around 37 Billion coins.  Where's the other 13 Billion of 50 Billion coins?

Payout halves every 30,000 blocks
Average payout for first 30,000 blocks: 625,000.5 coins/block (e.g. between 1 and 1,250,000 coins / block)
Payout for first set of 30,000 blocks: 18,750,015,000 coins

Maxes out around 37 Billion coins.  Where's the other 13 Billion / 50 Billion?

You cant calculate it like this.
Since block dosent have fixed value and dont forget the 1% (anytime) of double reward from block.

The law of averages says you can calculate it like that.  Unless you're not using the random payout calculator that's implied with the original post.
If you insist on that the 1% 2x payout is going to make up for those 13 billion coins... you're wrong.

The 1% double payout is equally as likely to payout 2 coins for a 1 count block as it is to payout 2,500,000 coins for a 1,250,000 block.
Therefore, the average 2x payout (between 2 - 2,500,000) is 1,250,000 coins.  The likelihood of a 2x payout is 1%.  Ergo the expected value of 2x payouts: 12,500 coins.
So taking the 1% doubling into account: The average block value for the first set of blocks will be near 637,500.51 (e.g. 625,000.5 * 1% * 2 + 625,000.5 => 12,500.01 + 625,000.5 = 637,500.51).

Don't believe statistics?
Try the math yourself in excel:  =RANDBETWEEN(1,1250000)*IF(RANDBETWEEN(1,100)=1,2,1)
Copy that equation down 30k cells and take the average of those cells.  Run it as many times as you'd like and look at the average.  Look at the sum while you're at it.
The very highest payout average I found after dozens of times running it was an average of 638,076.75 coins/ block payout, or a total payout for 30k blocks of 19,142,302,351.
Most of the payouts from my simulation were less than 638k.. around 630k, 362k.

Using an average of 637,500.51 coins/blocks for the first set of blocks still leaves you short: the max coin payout maxes out around 38,250,030,600 coins / 50 billion.
Leaving about 11 billion coins unanswered.
