I waited 5 working days for my USD withdraw. Not paid, so I wrote a mail questioning my withdraw since their terms said it would be paid in 5 working days.
Before I got reply, I checked their website, their terms changed to with in 7 working days...
What about their payout recently? Any report of delaying or no pay? I'm a little worried about it.

Now withdraw is 5 working days. Can you add cancel function to it? Now you don't pay very quickly. People may need to use their funds when pending.

About my case. my withdraw reach my account the fifth working days. Now same as bitstamp. No advantage.

Now no more 3 working days, it is 5 working days.
At least they confirmed the delay with published update. It is fair.

It is not only about when you pay. It is about trust.  We ask for help here want information for sure. When you said my payment is sent. Did you check your data, my account status is still processing now, no money sent to my bank account. It is not possible paid. It only need less than 2 hours to reach my bank account if you paid.

It's your terms says payment will be within 3 working days. Yes, I'm in a hurry, I need my payment in 3 working days not within 24 hours. Why should I choose express option.

My withdraw is HongKong domestic, If you made it today, it already reached my account. Domestic withdraw arrive within 2 hour.

My withdraw is not paid today. It seems it is not on the pipeline of today payment which support said yesterday. Which make me very upset and annoying.

Is it possible larger withdraw paid slower? This is the first time my withdraw over 100k and it exceed 3 working days. My previous smaller withdraw are all within 3 working days. If it is possible, may be I will split my payment next time.

How to cancel a usd withdraw?  It is pending but  not processed yet.
I want to use it now instead of withdraw.

Is the min lending time 1 day?
If I borrow 1000 usd for 2 hours , I need to pay 1 day interest or 2/24 of 1 day interest?

I have one thing to comment now no one said before.
If I want to claim my brought BTC in margin trading.  I mean keep the BTC not by sell it our to calculate profit or lose.  It will cost me 1% fee to do that. Why? I claim the BTC means I paid swap and interest. Why additional 1% will be cost?   To avoid it, I need to make a margin sell order and then make a exchange buy order instead, That means 0.3%.   Anyway, I think the 1% is not reasonable. What is it for

 

You can have any KYC rules as you wish.
But it should be at the beginning. Not additional KYC when a verified customer ask for a withdraw.
What about he don't have a second ID when you ask? How long will he need to apply one? His money will be pending for that long. Is it not suspicious at current post MTGOX atmosphere?
This is the point and this is not acceptable.
I suggest you at least publish your entire KYC rules. Inform customer they may be asked for additional KYC documents at the time you need. That is how the things should be.
