Then some trolls took you to same place banksters did.
I am ready to take this as new dev if you send me 99% of all existing coins.

I have no Q2C because it as no value and never will. (I am lying I have 100 Q2C someone sent me for tests...).
Your forum is suddenly full of programmers. I am wasting my time here. They are your devs. Ask them to work for free and use their magic to save Q2C.
Everything will be fine with your coin. Your future is bright. You can look at this graph : http://coinmarketcap.com/q2c_30.html it shows you are going to the moon when 90% coin mined.
There are coins with days and with bigger market cap. But your coin is perfect. Everything is 100% ok. Your coin value is about 1/3 of what it was First ranked at coinmarketcap.com. But you are in the perfect path.
I really have better things to do.

Can someone read and answer my previous posts? I need all information.
When I ask if you have something to sell using Q2C I am not speaking about games to give Q2C away. They exist already.
You all must understand:
1. I am not a wizard. I am a programmer. So I have no magic solutions to present to community.
2. Q2C has several serious problems to be addressed in code. If you don't accept that, all this talking is useless.
3. I request some active member to step in as forum operator/admin in a new thread to be created (contact me by direct message if you want to step in).

okay? downloaded the miner for windows 64 bit, andddd first off i got google chrome, it says the file has virus, so dangerious that i cant even open it. so had to de-activate that, second off i start the exe file for cpu mining and it says currently mining with scrypt algorythm.
so wtf is that supposed to mean with this ? Super secure hashing: 5 rounds of hashing functions (luffa, cubehash, shavite, simd, echo).

when its just scrypt?
i open the cpu file, if there is more scrypt algorytms there should be a download for each one, and they are all Scrypt, yay, what a scam
amateur  go buy maxcoins.. Like that we have lost a possible newcomer... We want Q2C to grow stronger don't we? |

Hello All,
I am available, and maybe others are too, to take care of development. But I am not a magician... I am computer programmer.
I am not available to fight, in a daily basis, with anyone that thinks that Q2C may succeed with a Original Post completely broken and without any dev or someone being Q2C voice.
Some people here think that krecu will be back any moment... well you must decide if you want to see Q2C die while waiting for him or if you want continue working for Q2C sucess.
I think that community must decide and execute that decision. If someone don't want t be part of that decision...so be it.
I will not waste my time and work for a community crying for someone gone away for weeks...
Anyone here have control of existing pools? Who owns them?
Most people here mining on pools or in solo mining with GPU or rigs?

I think you cant... a least with a coin with 21 days cycle... in some months it will be giving 1 Q2C. Who will mine to receive $0.0004 or even $0.04? If low diff block is in danger. If high diff no miners, no blocks, no transactions. I think previous dev saw that... and disappeared. Maybe increase the minimum block reward. Higher inflation but more incentive for miners. Broadcasting checkpoints on the network (like ppcoin) can help. But that is a centralized solution. Well... bag holders don't want to ear about reducing cycle or increase min block reward... so its a problem for sure. Broadcasting checkpoints on network means a dev with interest to keep around for years... and that's too a problem when almost everything is mined. |

Initial distribution (60480 * 2048 * 2 = 247,726,080 coins) 5000 day distribution (2880 * 5000 = 14,400,000 coins). Total coins after 5000 days = 262,126,080 coins If you keep reward 1 forever, it will take 226.28 years for 500 million coins to be produced. By that logic your max money is infinite. If you look at the code you'll see MAX_MONEY does not limit money production, it is only a sanity test for sending coins. For all practical purposes the coin is mined up with a tiny inflation. Exact same parameters as Quark.
This coins code its even more messed than I believed... everything is absurd.

No I can't. I/we only can start using a version that refuses old versions. But if lots of people using old version and with pools using it we can have a fork and a mess around coin.
3. Giving Q2C for nothing is probably not good idea however giving Q2C for voting was something else.

I agree with you when you say that we need to make Q2C usable in some other means then just exchange. Only then will this coin arise among all these coins.
That not easy. We must create some usability for more than "pump&dump&repeat". Even BTC has this problem.

indeed change relates to the life of the coin, there is little effect on the same mining, huh nymusr not scare people 
Because after main mining it keeps very long time giving a small incentive to keep nodes online... to receive fees and a small mining reward.
If Q2C is $10 it isn't meaningless. Off course if it is $0.0001, no one will keep mining... |

Err weren't the changes made to Q2C clients only cosmetic and some checkpoints? Nothing wrong with using an old version if nothing serious has been changed imo. Unless you operate a pool or exchange ofcourse. Personally I'd prefer the original dev over someone using bold text for his full post.

I am nymusr and 82.4% of voters think I must try to take care of development and about everything else.
Well..
I really would like to say a couple of things, to all you around:
1.
Do you understand your disagreements are fully public? Its public forum.
Do you really believe anyone buying around to make profit (they all want to make profit) will buy our Q2C, with people here stating that devs are useless to coins health?
2.
Do you know that lots of nodes still not using last version of Q2C (last from previous dev... weeks old)?
Do you understand that using or supporting any use of an old version its an act of weakening network and Q2C value (any serious buyer is able to "getpeerinfo" and it show like network nodes not being cared)?
3.
Do you really believe that giving Q2C for free in a daily basis is the best way make Q2C value grow?
Do you know how many poor coders are in this world and how many minutes it will take to them to deceive a list of ips getting Q2C free for dumping?
Am I being rude? That's not my propose. Just want you to understand that a coin has several levels and views of existence. And to be successful on mid term (long term no one can imagine) must try to be best on all levels.
Another question is: what you all around have to offer to be traded in Q2C?
To anchor a coin to be more than a "pump & dump" system we must create some added value. I mean, we must make it usable. Any ideas?
I could provide some internet selling stuff (domains, hosting, ssl certificates) even for someone here resell... with no profit needed. Any one around selling on internet?
Also I must say: If you are available to give some Q2C don't!!! Trade it! Sometimes you will loose (like giving it away) sometimes you will win. But you can help creating a market.
Those of you that think there is no need to worry about Q2C value... well. Request Q2C to be unlisted on exchanges and assume you just want a "play coin"
Please take some time to correct what you can correct of those problems listed as questions above.
If we really want to go forward we must try to be honest with our selves and the others around.
