Mining both Ella and Etc 

I have seen this with nanopool this generally happens when you disconnect your rig for a long time..

And also profitability is low at nanopool.

 I was fortunately approached by a small pool owner, though pool is not overloaded with miners & It was frustrating initially as the pool was taking long hours to mine the block but I must tell you that my last 7  days payout  was more then 4 etc
And the pool fee us lowest.
With just 380 mh.
That's more what I expected.

Both pools are different, use any pool you wish to mine with.

I think the error is because you are using address/email id or rigid that's where pool is throwing validation failures.

I am using ethereum classic, which is bit  better in terms of profits.

Suggestions: Why don't you only keep those workers who can find the blocks.
My rig are good at finding blocks most of the time & tried  solo mining, but the problem was uncertainty.

I am looking for alternative pool which will have the best workers.
