1 - Yes, our Token Generation Event 1 (TGE1), in which the SFX token becomes available to purchase kicks off on the 1st of August. You will only be able to use Ether to make purchase at least for the first TGE. We are planning on looking into other cryptocurrencies for the future TGE's.
2 - Yes, there is for the SFX token owned by the team and the partners! (no plans to lock up the team members and partners
