I don't think that's where things are going. First though, you should probably clarify which country you're referring. Although the "western" world has a lot in common, the state of affairs definitely differs from place to place. I think the general idea of feminism is to have equality between the sexes. I think we are and will continue to see many more female leaders in politics and in business. This is becoming more and more common. I also think that men and women in heterosexual relationship will have "less traditional" role distribution. I once visited Meghalaya in India and they have a bit of a matriarchal society.
