No, it's not enough if you are ranked as a newbie. The devs also have to feel that you've worked to promote the coin.  But you don't have to pm them is my understanding... just signature or facebook + promotion. 

Made a couple more votes on mintpal this morning, 135 still seems pretty low considering how many of us there are and can vote every hour.

Mintpal voted to 70, and to 75 this morning.  The 3 or 4 of us that are voting could use some help.  

I'm voting almost every hour as well, just made it 24.  So yeah, not a lot of other people voting. 

You're ranked as a "member" on here, so you should be set with either one of those.  The issue that some (or at least myself) is unhappy about is that the rule changed so that now you have to do one of those and be ranked as a member.  If not then you also have to prove yourself.  So, you joined in March and have quite a few posts and are set as a ranked member.  I joined in Jan, but post rarely, so I may be out.  

I totally get trying not to hand out stake to cloned accounts and I don't have a great suggestion to prevent that other than a case by case basis which I know would be time consuming.  Perhaps we'll discuss this enough that I'll just post myself up into member status.  

The poster that asked the question isn't ranked as a "member" or above.  So even though they have fulfilled the guidelines of either adding the signature or posting on your facebook page, you retroactively changed the rules to exclude them from a stake unless you decide they work hard enough to promote the coin.  And, how hard would you expect someone to work to promote it when the first thing you did was change the rules to potentially exclude them? 

It's your coin, but excluding probably half the people AFTER they have already met the original guidelines seems like a bad move, in my opinion.  Of course, I also read 1000x more than I ever post and am not ranked as a member either, so what do I know.

Yeah, I was originally mining on allpoolz and it's done.  And, pitythepool isn't sending out email confirmations (yes, checked spam folder on two diff email accounts).  So if you're in and successfully mining you've got a monopoly going on right now. 

I joined the revolution as well, 20 apples so far on poolnetwork.  I'm fairly new to mining and this one has been fascinating to watch play out.

I'm running 4 7950's.  2 on the board and two off powered risers.  Now that I think about it, putting a card in that last slot goes right over the power/reset buttons, I have a riser on that slot.  I think you could still get to the buttons, but it will be a little more inconvenient with a card there.

mobo- Asrock 970 extreme 4 has a built in reset & power button, if you look at a good pic of the motherboard you can see them, so you won't need anything.  I have the same board.
