1  Economy / Economics / Re: Does engaging with bitcoins put you at risk? on: August 31, 2018, 05:54:13 AM
the only thing that puts you at risk in engaging in bitcoin is in fact yourself. many people have invested in bitcoin not completely understanding the nature of the digital world currency and the nature of such an investment product. some people get in because they here all the get quick rich success stories and quickly buy but have done no market research, have not asked experts or have not looked at performance history - making this investment very risky for them.
2  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Opinions and Impressions about bitcoin on: August 31, 2018, 05:50:19 AM
i think that it is still way to early to have any real opinion about bitcoin at this moment because it is still fairly new on the market and there is also so much news going on about it - good and bad, wrong and right. so it is difficult to form a concrete opinion about it. looking at its performance history we can see a upward trend then followed by a slow downward trend, which is typical for such an investment product and all thoughts and opinions are typically speculative.
3  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Do you wish to have physical notes, coins for bitcoin? on: August 31, 2018, 05:41:37 AM
i would not like to have physical notes because then bitcoin would just be like any other currency currently in the world. bitcoin not actually having a physical currency is what made it so popular in the first place. it the new thing about it that got all the attention and hype about it in the first place. having it only digital reduces lengthy transfer cost or exchange fees , everything is done electronically. this is the main thing that makes bitcoin so attractive.
4  Economy / Speculation / Re: What are the opinions on bitcoin’s future on: August 30, 2018, 05:02:59 PM
bitcoins future is only one of two ways. the first one is that it will dwindle with time, and people will forget what bitcoin is and no one invest in it and everyone will remember it as maybe  a money making scam that made a few people rich and the disappeared. or the second line of thought, and which I strongly agree with; is that bitcoin will be the new break through in digital investment history and it will reform the investment game. with new and similar forms of bitcoin making success as well.
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Token goes down. Wait or sell? on: August 26, 2018, 05:23:09 AM
the best thing to do is to wait until the market is not as volatile as it is at the moment. it is a good time to buy more or to buy in if you have not bought already. but be patient when you have already bought and wait until the prices are back up again. just be patient. the market has a circular cycle so it will eventually go back up again . others are waiting to see how bitcoin will perform in the market before they decide what to do next.
6  Other / Off-topic / Re: good movie with motivation ? on: August 25, 2018, 04:15:22 AM
I enjoy motivational movies, they are almost always very good. here is a list of my favorite movies:     The Shawshank Redemption (1994) The Shawshank Redemption ; Rocky (1976) ... 127 Hours (2010) ... Into The Wild (2007) ...   Schindler's List (1993) ... It's A Wonderful Life (1946) ...
Freedom Writers (2007) ... Amelie (2001). Radio, and dog movies are also great.
7  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Accepting bitcoin for service on: August 24, 2018, 05:32:39 AM
if technology was developed to use bitcoin to pay for different types of everyday services, this would greatly boost the value of bitcoin . if banks and government organizations started using bitcoin then this would greatly increase the development of transferring bitcoins. it would be very convenient for everyone. we could pay for bus fees, groceries, or even buy things on line.
8  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it practical to expect tenfold jump in Bitcoin this year ? on: August 23, 2018, 04:37:11 AM
bitcoin might steadily increase towards the end of the year if more people invest in it and more trust in society is increased but it is very unlikely that there will be a huge ten fold jump. but it is not excluded that in the near future bitcoin might go up many times fold as the market fluctuation cycle goes full circle. I also think that it will go up and then stay up then we will again see the active trading of bitcoin as those that bought it cheap and those that see bitcoin going up will also want to invest and we might even find people who are reinvesting in bitcoin again.
9  Economy / Economics / Re: [CHART] Bitcoin Inflation vs. Time on: August 22, 2018, 02:24:21 AM
Its obvious to see that bitcoin does well against inflation rates in the long  run. with a  steady but marginal resistance in the  beginning but it evens out in the  middle  and  then surges to the top  if these  predictions  are accurate  then we are on the right  train heading  in the right  direction. It would  be interesting to  see if  some  of the other less popular coins  also have the same  type of scenario  or do they differ with inflation  taking a  big cut because of the slow rise in value.
10  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: My sweet and bitter experience about bitcoin on: August 21, 2018, 01:48:22 AM
I have also lost a bit, but im cleverer now. In 2016 i invested some money in bitcoin, I would rather not give the actual amount here. As everyone else I was happy to see that the market was growing. When it came to that it matched what I had invested i kept it there then it went up 3 times, after this I began to think what is my next move. Im glad that I took out 2/3 which I then used to buy a more stable asset - I used it as a down payment for rental property. Of course the other 1/3 as everyone knows I have nearly lost, but  plan to keep it in there. maybe the market will someday rise again.
11  Economy / Speculation / Re: It's all RED!!! This could really be the end. on: August 20, 2018, 03:55:03 AM
i think that is a breaking point, but only because people are confused and scared about this bitcoin. even if it fails i has opened up doors for similar digital currency. So sooner or later another type of bitcoin will arise, one better then the first, that people are more willing to accept because they will already be more or less familiar with it. everything is being globalized, food, technology, language and therefore i think currency is moving in the same direction.
12  Economy / Economics / Re: When will people feel comfortable using BTC ? on: August 18, 2018, 02:43:55 AM
i think people will feel comfortable to use bitcoin as time goes by. When society starts to use bitcoin in there everyday life to buy everyday things, then bitcoin will become a normal commodity that people exchange on a daily basis. Of course this will take time and the performance of bitcoin on the whole will also determine when  people will feel comfortable to use bitcoin. Once financial institutions start using in their business transactions then slowly but surely society will also start using it.
13  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: EVERY TIME IS RIGHT TO BUY AND SELL on: August 17, 2018, 02:58:25 AM
yes every time is right to buy and sell, I agree with this statement. I have read the investor book by Warren buffet, and he writes that the best investors know that investing is a cyclical game and their is  a strategy to follow whether the market is up or down. But I think people get carried away with their emotions and therefore start making irrational decisions then sit and panic, or they invest all of their money and have little room to make other moves.
14  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How safe is Bitcoin? ✅ on: August 01, 2018, 02:31:53 AM
Bitcoin is well known for its safety. The biggest dangers are mainly hacker attacks on third party services, through which one accesses his bitcoins. These are above all the various crypto exchanges on which the users have created accounts or the bitcoins stored locally in wallets.

Basically, either the exchange itself is directly attacked, so that data can be stolen there. The biggest known incident was the hacker attack on Mt.Gox about 4 years ago, when a huge hack of Bitcoins was looted. This was also the reason for the decrease of Bitcoins 2014.

Today, the exchanges have improved to prevent such occurrences, because it can come to hacks and the trade is severely restricted or even stopped completely. This often leads to strong price fluctuations, mainly caused by so-called panic sells.

An equally large attack surface offer individual mistakes that can easily be prevented. Individual mistakes are the responsibility of individual users and are often:
- insufficiently secured user accounts due to weak passwords
- Login on a phishing site
- send the private keys to a scammer

If a stranger has once gained access to your own accounts, he can quickly transfer the entire balance to another wallet and due to the anonymity, it is no longer clearly comprehensible. For such a kind of total loss helps therefore only a careful handling with your personal user data.

But as long as you follow to the usual security rules and pay attention to secure passwords, which you should also change from time to time and do not use the same password on many other pages, an accident normally cannot happen.
The high demand and high competition between exchanges has also contributed to the improvement of safety standards.

How make you sure to safe your Bitcoins?

The best choice is hardware wallets. Their price is justified by your calmness and confidence that you will not lose your bitcoins. Hardware wallets are the most reliable. Hardware wallets are separate devices designed exclusively for the safe storage of crypto currency. They connect to the computer only for operations with crypto currency. They have a built-in secure processor. You do not need to enter your private key every time, just a pin code is enough. Even if such a device breaks or is lost, you can restore access to your currency on the new device with the help of the phrase-pass that you get when you first use it.
15  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: WHY DO MOST PEOPLE FORGET BITCOIN SO SOON? on: July 31, 2018, 03:32:31 AM
Anytime i see some members of this forum asking "Is Bitcoin dead"?, or "Is this the fall of bitcoin" i just become speechless because it is so shocking to hear that within just six months when bitcoin improved the financial status of people last year without any hard sweating people have forgotten about it so soon. I now understand the saying that "Men forgets easily". Well i can't really blame them but I know the few Real Crypto Enthusiasts like myself still believe in BITCOIN and we are going to keep investing in it because we know that the its value will rise with time.
I believe that Bitcoin will be very successful and will grow in value in the near future. Bitcoin differs from classical currencies in that it was designed to grow in value, and not vice versa. Understanding what this means is important for investing in the crypto currency.
The market of crypto currencies is young and the fact that it is unstable is quite natural and normal. When prices rise rapidly or fall in a short time, you need to be careful with investing. It does not matter whether you buy shares, real estate, bitcoins or something else you need to closely monitor the situation and be patient.
16  Other / Politics & Society / Re: The mediocre government is a talentless people on: July 30, 2018, 12:49:33 AM
Often we hear about the "incompetent government", about the "bad system".
But where do the members of the government come from?
Maybe they come to us from Mars? No, they all came from the people.
Who creates the System?
The Martians? No, they are also from the people.
Who votes in elections?
The Martians? No, people vote.
Who pays taxes on the maintenance of the government? People.
What kind of people - such power.
If the people are ignorant and suffer from alcoholism, then it has the corresponding power.
Do you agree?
Absolutely agree with you. We deserve the politicians who control us, because people are passive, lazy and do not want to take responsibility for their lives. It is much easier to play the role of a victim and blame everyone around for their troubles.
The state does not affect our life so much, as it seems to us. For example, we can get education, change a profession, start a new life at any moment. All we need for this is the Internet.
It will be better for everyone if we pay more attention to resolving those problems that are in our power and stop hoping for a good ruler who will take care of us.
17  Other / Off-topic / Re: How to improve education standard in rural area?? on: July 29, 2018, 02:03:35 AM
What kind of reforms should be apply in rural areas for the improvement of education.Huh
First of all, it is necessary to interest talented teachers to work in school. Wage increase and the best social package are a good solution. In addition, it is necessary to make the training more individual. I mean, we need to be more attentive to the child and develop his talents. And this requires a good teacher. And we return to the beginning. Good education requires good teachers.
