Speaking from experience ...

1) You should create a self-moderated thread in case of people who are spamming, it is easier for you to deal with.
2) go invest in a "copper" membership (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=credit;promote) so that you are able to post graphics.  When I checked yesterday I saw it was around $15.00 USD.

Best wishes!
2  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Creating New Crypto Exchange - Legal Concerns on: July 21, 2018, 03:40:49 AM
Centralized Crypto Exchanges have many, many overarching laws that they must abide by.  On top of that, in the US, there are many, many individual state laws.  You would be breaking the law as soon as you open.  Without an entity, you would be leaving yourself open to personal legal liability.

As for security ... do you have any idea how easy it is for someone to initiate a DOS attack on you?  Simple buffer overflow -> elevation of privilege.  And do you really want to be the next hacked exchange?

Hi everyone!

Is here any real expert, who would like to be involved in a new project? If you are or you know someone please do not hesitate write a comment to this topic. Thanks in advance.

Have a nice day.

Agreeing with the others in here who have said this already ... you need to list out more details about what the project is, and what kinds of "experts" you are looking for.   If it is a true tech project, you will have a need for all the types of people that tech companies have to solve these problems.  If, instead, you are just looking to fork some other coin/project, then you won't need all this.   It depends on what you are trying to build...

Maybe I could see the lower end of that.   Certainly you need a designer that is top notch - but that should be 2-3K, right?  And the person that implements it, you will want to have someone who has solid wordpress skills on staff.  Yes, they would need to be paid for their time, but again, that should be 1-2K, right?   What am I missing that would bring it to the 20K mark?
5  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: How to make your project successful? on: July 20, 2018, 08:34:49 AM
Look at what technology companies do to make their projects successful.   There are many, many things that need to be handled when developing a coin (project).  How do the tech companies handle these things?  They have several different departments which all need to work together to produce the best result.  They have marketers, and designers, developers, and testers, program managers, and business development folks.  There are real jobs for all these types in a well run coin.

Additionally, there are many "standard" things that others have mentioned, such as the tech, the team, the community, the white paper.... but there are also many, many things which will come up which you simply cannot predict because it is crypto.   How can you predict that the ambassador will want to force a tech decision, rushing out a wallet?   Or the treasurer deciding to run away with the team's coins?  Having come from the tech world into crypto ... things can get seriously crazy.   And not everyone is what they seem online.

This also means that privacy is to be held in high value.   Even if you have absolutely nothing to hide, and aren't doing anything wrong, people do crazy things.  In the last couple months I have heard some seriously scary horror stories about peoples' lives being ruined by other people online.  It has changed my viewpoint on this dramatically.   So please be careful with your personally identifiable information.   Believe me when I say you won't in a million years be able to predict the craziness that may happen in a crypto project.

Good luck.
