Is there any way to reconcile the above that does not involve CNN being propaganda and/or what is essentially state run media similar to what is broadcast in North Korea or China?
It is, and always was, but you guys are realizing it now (I'm not blaming you). Remember the CNNs news justifing the "war on terror" a decade ago, the evil muslims, dictators, the weapons of mass destruction... helping the rebels in Syria, now the same in Venezuela. CNN supports bankers, debt, war... it doesn't matter if the guy in power is a republican or democrat, as long as it does any (or all) of that. |

Those are a huge amount of bets for the length of time the site has been around compared to others which have been around for 2 or 3+ years.
Maybe they should consider taking customer investments on the site if they do not already on their frontier site primedice.
I doubt if it is really needed. Primedice is one of the older dice sites, created when Bitcoin were less than 400 dollars each, and I'm sure a lot of people bet a lot of BTC when it was cheap at that time. |

Anyone having some problems on primedice right now? the page loads but there is a message saying "We're sorry — something's gone wrong. No network connection!"
Some hours ago, it tooks some time to load my balance, but worked perfectly fine even when I spammed the "roll" button. Using a bot is a time saviour, even when you spend some time setting it up, after that you can just auto bet and keep doing anything else while it searches for the number. |

This week's discipline is Curling! Curling is an Olympic discipline, where two teams are sliding stones on an icy surface. They all have 73 minutes to finish the game.
Your task is to roll 73.xx number, and then roll that number in reverse to slide the stone back to the center of the house and score a point. For example, if you roll 73.98, next number you should roll is 98.73, or if you roll 73.02, next number should be 02.73, and so on.

I understand your concern, but if your "sample" of driving your trucks means I'm actually doing the job of driving the truck from A to B, then you have to pay for it. I believe what OP means is just wants to test the candidate first, So OP doesn't require to pay for the samples worked. As I said its probably just lack of communication.
From the "buyer" point of view: My recommendation is to not trust in designers who have no portfolios or previous jobs done. Other option is to give a minimal task, for a minimal price, to test them. From the "designer" point of view: Scammers wants to pass jobs as "free samples" with the promise of an unexistent "real and good paid job", doing this they can get the whole job done by sending parts (the "free samples") to different designers. I see this a lot in 3D design. |

Silly guy expected me to pay him without testing if he can do it or not. He surely wants free money.
You have to pay for samples too, it is job done by the other person and have to be paid. If you are not sure about the quality of their job, ask them to provide their own samples (jobs made for other people), not to make "your own samples for free". Otherwise I could ask you for a free sample of your money to see if you really can pay for my job... and I'll tell you "that money was just a sample, now you have to pay for real".... I did this job for him and he didnt paid me. This guy is scammer do not work with him or ask for escrow at least! Also dont forget to protect your images with watermark till he pays you.

Those are some good goals to set up before playing. But I lose my perspective and go for the amount which I lost the previous round and end up losing it all.  Setting up goals before playing is easy, but following all rules after that is hard. Players (me too) usually lose control when they start playing games. Anyway, having set of rules to control is better than don't have them at the start. BUt you will really well when you say "my limit is to stop when I win x btc or when I lose x btc", and you actually follow the rule you set. Much better than being greedy and losing it all and being forced to stop playing because you have no more credit on your account |

It's really a trend now that casino's has to make their integrate exchange, it's up to them if they will tied up with an establish exchange or they can create their own brand for their users.
Creating your own exchange brands add more responsabilities, and more fronts to cover (security, promotion, legalities, etc). If you just want to provide players a better and easier way to bet, and nothing more, then the exclusive exchange is going overboard. |

I think there is also a chance people can make it rain themselves right? I am not really knowledgeable about the situation at all but I think I have saw people (not pd people but literally gamblers) giving out free money to people on chat after a big win, don't know if those are still pd people but looked like it was just gamblers who got too excited about winning a big bet and just wanted to share the money with others as well.
So, the chance of getting a random rain (free money) is not just limited with primedice employees giving out rains to you but also other people doing that as well, so every single day there are tens of rains going on and even though you may not get one for days in a row its inevitable that you would miss out on rain if you are constantly there.
As far as I know rain doesn't come on you, personally I have done rain a lot of times + have seen others and in both situation "rainer" didn't receive rain. There are a lot of people who do rains after good wins, also if I am correct pd has autorain so there is no need from employes to make rain but they can do of course. To be fair rain isn't something exciting, all you get is some satoshies. It is true, the "rainer" don't get the rain himself. BTW, I'm wondering why there is not "/trivia" command in Primedice, it must be added ASAP! Como ventaja adicional es la seguridad que proporcionan por no tener que andar confiando la custodia de sus Bitcoin a sitios como Ripio, SatoshiTango, CryptoMKT, BitInka, etc. cuya seguridad puede ser comprometida por hackers o bien podrian desaparecer de la noche a la mañana tal y como ya ha ocurrido tantas veces (QuadrigaCX, Cryptopia, mtgox, btce, etc).
No entiendo quién puede recomendar Ripio o SatoshiTango, supongo que será gente nueva que compró su primer satoshi usando saldo de MercadoPago... Si tenés dólares, comprás en un exchange de afuera, que no sea de Estados Unidos, simple. Por lo general no te piden documentación salvo que comprés más de 50000 dólares. Si tenes pesos, entonces vas a Local Bitcoin y compras a alguien, sino en MercadoLibre compras a esos vendedores que venden a 1 peso, o a 10 pesos, para conseguir los datos, y de ahí le comprás por afuera (para que no te claven 15% adicional por la comisión de ML). Otra cosa, AFlP está siguiendo de cerca a Ripio, cuando salga el impuesto a las criptos, les van a cobrar un porcentage de lo que ELLOS CREAN que ustedes tienen guardado, y cuando suba, ellos se quedan con un porcentaje. Querían ponerlo junto con el impuesto a la renta financiera del año pasado, no sean boludos, pero no supieron hacerlo. Si el impuesto todavía no salió es porque estan recopilando datos. |
