Hi - thanks to all who've responded so far.

I have lined up a Bittrex account, so just need Bitfinex and Binance now. Unfortunately there is no flex in the registration date I need - the account must have been open for the full year July 17 - June 18. (I won't reply to emails offering newer accounts, sorry!)
