I have never used this platform before and I don't know how they work.
What was the main reason of their closure after 10 years of service, there are several platform that have also lasted enough and closing their operation shows what?

I am having same issues currently I made a transfer of 0.00142 BTC and the transaction fee was charged about $4 so I had to readjust the fee to about $1.7 since then till now there have been no confirmation but when I scanned through tx id, saying payment received but not yet confirmed. This has kept me worried over 6 to 7 hours now and does this mean it won't be confirmed again anymore? Although from the tx saying confirmation may likely take 24 hrs. Now the reason I replied here was to know if I can send another transaction to counter the first transaction, I actually wanted to create a topic but seeing this was an avenue for me to also lodged my complaint.  |

Sometimes it is Greed that makes people think they can get money quick if they invest in meme coin with better profits. This set of people thinks meme coin is cheap and it will rise faster, their desperation of making money makes them to have so much confidence in investing in this meme coins. With what has been happening in investing meme coin people still have courage to make it good option to invest, times without numbers we experienced so many bad events in coins like this but yet it hasn't thought people lesson to stay away from it. Bitcoin is the most reliable coin to invest without any worries.
This is absolutely correct because without this mentality I don't think he would lose such amount to memecoin. This is why I often encourage people to invest in Bitcoin instead of altcoin, I had some discussion with friends then while they were trying to make an option of investing on Shiba and Dogecoin at their pick price so when they asked for my suggestion I just discouraged them because they might not bear the lost and I know those guys how they do panick over any slight lose of investment. At then not too long the market dip and they came to thank me for not allowing them to go with that decision of investing in altcoin. |

Most times is lacking of proper orientation or lecturing, this sets of people can never want to bring out their time to read information on what they are investing on rather than just focusing on profits aspect. However did even know what he is investing on?
Are you sure he fully accept the risk that follows bitcoin because some people may not know how volatile the market is.
If your friend calls you again, tell him to follow his mind otherwise if the price drop below his expectations you may become his worst enemy.

When classifying scam, I don't think bitcoin is a scam rather it's a lack of understanding or reading broadly to get the required knowledge. Altcoin most times have the ability to swipe investors investment due to the trust and reliability they may seems to have on that coin, maybe people are being scammed today because they are looking for a fast yielding investment that could likely give double of their investment by making the wrong choice of choosing altcoin instead of the mother coin being bitcoin.

Sometimes i still laughs those that still carry's this country at their heart.
Why not just forget about what deep down on whatever thing they said of this and just focused instead follow with is the national Anthem because looking too well on what they said is not manifesting in any way rather than the opposite.

When I see those posts I always repeat myself. This is a marathon, not a sprint race. But don't worry, things are done to kick these people out. Weak hands and quick profit hunters will get screwed sooner or later. Bitcoin needs hodlers, adoption and use! We need to start using our Bitcoin to pay for services and goods. Bitcoin needs to move around and around! Well let me just rest my case since this is a community and anyone is free to come post whatever they feels like, but is so annoying see just a new registered account without them spending quality time to read around the forum at least for like a week using it to dedicate for reading and knowledge before making any further request. No wonder they are easily ban because they have channeled their efforts for easy profits. But believe me or not, these sets of people are quickly swiped off by bear market and they can't be able to watch their investment sink down nd I believe they will hastily sells off out of panic. |

As the topic implies, I don't really know why people are channelling all efforts to bitcoin wanting them to have 100 percent return of investment, from my last research I didn't see where it was written bitcoin to be a Ponzi scheme or a quick get rich scheme to give you 1000x immediately you invested.
I just draw out this post due to some post I have been reading across here and it annoys me seeing people or newbies always asking after a platform to give them $100 daily, $50 daily and so on without them even coming to think about how it works or not.
As a matter of fact if I should see any post related to this same questions I don't mind reporting them to the moderators.
Why can't you guys read before requesting for what could make you rich over night. Please bitcoin doesn't need to be pressured in other to gain profits and for you to enjoy the investment the only alternative is to choose long term investment period maybe from 1 year to 10 years and enjoy the benefits of bitcoin instead of coming here to make unnecessary noise.
I don't know if I should moved this post to meta or here... Please I will be happy if any of you suggest me.

I don't know why people often trust meme coin or altcoin to an extent getting involved with $5m how and why?
Do you think such person have a common sense or he doesn't have a financial adviser someone who works as ADC to him?
If that he invested the whole lot of money to bitcoin alone then I don't think he could had lost this way, maybe after the market gained another ATH then he might sell and get back those invested funds.

The only difference between these two trading is that, in spot trading is easily to monitor your trade but with convert form you can only place order and having lasting and limited period of 30 day thereabouts. Spots trading doesn't have lasting period and I believe can remain there as long you places your buy or sell order so whenever the market reaches your orders within 2 months or more it triggers automatically without expiration.
That is why people often use the spot trading and somewhat not too familiar with convert methods.

One thing I must tell you op is that his passion and interest matters a lot because there are some people who don't have passion or interest but would want to venture in trading due to the profits. If you have fully explained everything to your friend then let him decides for himself whether to further continue the trading or not, so that when there is any lost then he would bear the consequences by himself. The best is to open up to him and roll along with him otherwise him might make silly mistake and still run back to you.

If I may get you correctly bitcoin is active so using was is an insult to bitcoin because I believe you have also benefited in one way or the other about bitcoin even though you have not investment anything currently I believe for you alone to have access to this platform is a great benefits and privilege to you. I don't care how old is bitcoin or what activity it was used for but I believe the impact alone to the world is something unquantifiable compared to what they are using it for.
Illegal activities are also involved with fiat, have you thought of when there was no bitcoin what were those criminal or kidnappers do demand as a ransom?
Was it not same fiat money or is there anything else they demand? Even people loots physical cash and embissled funds yet you didn't mentioned those ones all you could do is to outline the bad effects of bitcoin.

@Jet cash, why not leave it as spare cash to your savings account maybe for emergency purpose. I understand that investment is very important and or even to enroll again with at least £25 is also good instead of stressing yourself with little cash or want to get something quickly you don't need to alter your money in the bank. In other hand if you look at buying bitcoin will yield more value then is also good to buy and hold since the market is getting ready to take a new flight.

I think we have polluted this thread already, but let me finally explained how it should be in my opinion. First, I do not know Cryptomiles1 real identity. What should bring respect in this matter like Africa mentality. Even if I know him, I do not see anything wrong to give my opinion for him bringing up an advice topic as I do not see it necessary. Later on my second post, I stated the reason is to just discourage people (especially the newbies) from doing such a thing. Cryptomiles1 posted again, I saw the post to be good and I can give it merit. I was the first person to send the post merit, because he moved from being a bounty hunter, to becoming a better poster as he explained. That is a good encouragement for newbies and shit posters that are bounty hunters. This thread become good for me to follow up until I see what I called nonsense post because it is not inline to our recent discussion and completely off-topic that started to pollute this thread and make our discussion not worthy again. I will encourage people to read thread fully before posting. We should not just because we want to meet out weekly post to just read the first posts and post too. Anyone who is venturing the market should be able to accept the risk factors, I know is good of thinking positive but as well also accept the risk. They should know that with any slight mistakes being entry point or inputs with digits can easily make them lost money or that's why as a trader you must familiarize yourself with satoshi calculations and the exact conversion to usdt before venture into trading. Well, big man sorry to tell you @Charles-tim, if you must watch very well i never knew my right and left in this forum for about 2 to 3 years if i am not mistaken, I was only focusing on the bounty section thinking that was were life ends. As a matter of fact i never put that much effort on this forum based on my Marine training (basically, Electrical Installation and Maintenance onboard (ETO, Electro Technical Officer) the vessel at ONNE PHC), which took all my time after i noticed nothing were coming out from bounty's as it was at the earliest time of 2018. I think is just last year ending i began to put efforts so don't judge me by merits because many of us as we started has long abandoned this forum for long because there no mentorship and guidance, Bro na all this experience make me come here dey talk oo so no just reason my matta, you self fit put hand increase am for me  at least if you show me love e no go pass you big man.
