The firm I work at is currently in the process of suing both Freldo Inc as well as their CEO for civil fraud in Ontario. So far we have two plaintiffs who have entered into Freldo token purchase agreements where they exchanged USD for FRECNX. They are not crypto-savy and were taken advantage of by the CEO personally. We are going after these guys.

Would anyone in this thread be interested in participating in the litigation? I was thinking of forming a class.

The primary advantage of a class action is that it is often the only realistic option to bringing justice to a cause. It allows a group of people to have access to the courts in situations where the case would be too expensive or too complex for one person to sue on his or her own.

All class members stand to benefit from a successful class action and are not burdened with the expense and inconvenience of starting and prosecuting their own lawsuit. There are also no costs or legal fee associated with being a class member and no risk of any adverse awards if the class action is not successful.

We only get paid through a contingency fee, meaning we only get paid if the case settles or if it goes to trial and we win. The lawyer gets paid a percentage of what the class wins.
