Unfortunately with red trust people tend to jump to conclusions and thus starts the bandwagon. We've continued to deliver and apparently that's not good enough so regardless of what we do it will always draw negative attention. A self moderated thread seems the best way to go.

Due to the drama that's occurred it's unfortunate but those that we've asked do not want to participate an escrow although I myself am unsure of how this tarnishes their reputation in any form. You can already see the LIR we've collected held on blockchains rich list, it should be obvious which one it is.

Regardless, we are moving forward. Within the 72 hours we'll be making changes to the site to enable LIR gambling as we previously promised as well as using these funds collected as the bankroll for this.

If a trusted escrow does decide to step forward and wants to hold the LIR bankroll, PM me and we'll arrange the procedure.

After we've made this update to our site, I'll be posting an update about the next steps in our plans to move forward.

We were near to closing a deal with a very trusted escrow of this form whose name will not be disclosed due to privacy but unfortunately he has decided to back out.


This is unfortunate as to be clear the only requirements of the escrow we're asking for is they hold the LIR we provide to them and make it public knowledge they are the ones holding it, and if we notify them we need to refill the LIR gambling hot wallet they send some over as this can happen even with a house edge when someone does a large bet and is lucky. They need not state they are affiliated with our project in any other way shape or form other than being a paid escrow.

We are currently continuing to pursue other escrows and if we cannot secure one by the 30th we will go forward with the LIR gambling platform and simply hold the coins ourselves in a publicly verifiable address until we do manage to find a trusted and reputable escrow willing to work with us.

Just to update everyone on the situation, there is still no word from Phoenix. The situation is unfortunate but regardless, we are continuing with the project. The amount that he took isn't something we feel should be disclosed publicly, however we feel given our now limited budget we've done our best to recoupe from all of this. I've read the dilema about how Phoenix could possibly could be Eric Hansen and this has been a long-con of theirs, but without sufficient proof I don't want to make any accusations. If he isn't, I wish Eric all the best in getting his account back. I'd like to remind everyone, this situation is a perfect example of why you need to protect the integrity of your account and ensure you post a bitcoin address so that you can recover. I hope this is a lesson we can all take away from this.

We are committed to making LetItRide a success despite all the trolls that have appeared in our thread and have tried to slander myself, our project and sway our investors. Nearing the release of the LIR based gambling transition we will be locking this thread and moving to a self moderated thread to prevent these disruptions from reoccuring in the future.

The tournament will be drawing to a halt very shortly in a few minutes and betting will be automatically disabled. Following this, we'll be reviewing the betting information for some statistics, data and of course to announce the winners of the tournament categories! Once we have finished discussions with our escrow, we will be transferring coins over to their control and will request that they post in our thread verifying they are now in control of 17,000,000 LIR.

After we have reviewed the information, I will post back with another update detailing the current situation. Thanks to those who participated in the tournament and we hope you enjoyed it. We have finished collecting the 20,000,000 LIR and issuing our refund. We want to remind everyone that when we decided to proceed this route, we also laid down the rule that we would be looking into the source of the LIR so our top investors would not be able to leverage this. As stated previously due to our limited budget, we feel we have done our best to better the situation as now 20,000,000 LIR is currently out of circulation and controlled by us.

As we have finished collecting the LIR, we are now contacting numerous escrows and will announce our escrow after they have been selected. In the mean time, we would like to remind users of the on going tournament as there about 3 days before it comes to a close. On our end, we're continuing our development and tweaking of new and existing infrastructure.

Currently as it stands, Phoenix is still missing. We've made the decision to proceed without him as we cannot expect anything out of him given his recent activity. From this point moving forward, we are considering Phoenix to have been removed from the LIR team and will be updating our information to reflect this. Phoenix, if you're reading this and you expect to ever continue working with us at some point there better be a good explanation for your time missing and the BTC you are in possession of returned.

Lastly for cryptodevil, I find it almost amusing how gleeful you are that you found another project using SignalR. You missed the part about comparison where as that project simply shares the same common library. SignalR is common for development in ASP.NET. Your accusation based off of that is almost as good as saying look they're using Bootstrap therefore they stole their project from this other site using Bootstrap!

You want to let me know when you find a dice script that's using ASP.NET with the SignalR library for the dice betting component? Regardless, feel free to compare to whatever scripts you buy, but I can tell based on your assumptions you are definitely not a coder or you do not have much experience with programming.

Hello CoinHopper, you have many questions so allow me to try to address them as I'm sure many have the same questions as you

Not everyone can be refunded because we are working now with a very limited budget. We've done what we can from our perspective to remedy the situation the best we can. The reason we're not closing the project is that we still strongly believe in it; I still strongly believe in it! I don't think it makes sense given the efforts that we're going through and the initiative we're taking right now to say we have no intention of sticking this through. Our actions speak for themselves. For the marketing, I'm not sure what to tell you right now since Phoenix was in charge of that and he is currently unavailable. As stated in the update, I will post more news when I have some. As for the new games attracting more gamblers, while I want to assume the answer is yes since more games implies you can appeal to a higher variety of people but  I cannot speculate about the future of our user base on behalf of the LIR team.



It's a part of the bankroll. Once we have finished collecting the LIR and moved it to escrow at that point you can basically consider it "off the market" at that specific point in time.

It's been a long weekend and I've been in touch with the top 10 investors discussing how we plan to proceed going forward. There's been a lot of speculation as to what's going on, but namely one thing I really dislike seeing is how people are constantly asking "where are the devs?" when there is usually only a day or two between my posts in these crucial times. I understand, it's frustrating what's going on but even more so because of what's going on, I don't have the time to sit on BitcoinTalk frivolously replying to every person.

This weekend, I reached out to the top 10 investors of the LIR ICO to determine how we would proceed going forward. I have not been able to contact Phoenix since friday, and he was the only team member not present at all during our interaction with the top investors. Of the top 10 investors, there was one who we received no reply from on Friday, so we're not sure what his stance is on the matter. The 9 I did manage to contact, we discussed the current events and the team and I agreed that they deserved the chance to opt out given all that was going on. From 9 present, 7/9 chose that they would prefer if their BTC was refunded at ICO value as they were unsure of the project's future given the circumstances. Today we will be starting the refund process with these seven investors. This will take some time to investigate each account and determine what value they pair for their LIR. For record so the community is aware, we will also be investigating the origin of the LIR sent to us by our top 10 investors, this is not a chance for them to take advantage of the markets crippled state to simply buy LIR at well under ICO price and then resell it to us at ICO price.

Given 7/10 of the top investors will no longer be present, we have come to agreeance with them that it is fair to shift 7% of the 10% dedicated to top 10 investors only to the open dividend public meaning this cap will change from 18% to 25%, and the remaining 3% will be split among the remaining 3 investors of the top 10. With the remaining  On top of the LIR returned by top investors being refunded, we have negotiated a deal with top investors who have chose to remain for a total of 10,000,000 LIR.

After we have received all of the LIR, we will then be placing 17,000,000 LIR in escrow and keeping 3,000,000 LIR for a hot wallet bankroll. Effectively, this means ~60% of LIR will be taken out of circulation. At the conclusion of this tournament, we will be enabling gambling via LIR. If at some point it is required that funds be transfered to fill our hot wallet, we will request this from the escrow. During the duration of this transition to LIR gambling, as profit itself is LIR, the original allocated amount towards the buy back will be added to the dividends (+11.5%) meaning there will be 36.5% in public dividends.

At this time, it's hard to give more news since the team and I will now need to refactor our goals and planned expenditures as we will be refunding a large portion of the BTC. It is also unclear at this time why Phoenix has not been on. Of course, many will speculate the worst but after knowing him for a year, I feel I owe it to him to give him a few days incase something came up in his personal life as not too long ago something did in mine. For clarification since I'm sure this question will come up, Phoenix was incharge of the marketing budget and as such was holding the BTC dedicated towards that.

Unfortunatley, we cannot support the price/market due to our limited budget. The market price does not dictate the success of a project as we are going to continue working and building new content. For those who are complaining that the price is low, show support in the books as it is the community of traders around this project who will have to be the ones to influence the price. All we can currently offer is our support through updates and development.

I've been in touch with the top 10 investors this weekend and a lot of discussion has happened in terms of how we're going to proceed going forward. There are still some minor details that need to be finalized, but ideally within the next 24 hours I should have a rather informative update posted.

It is our intention that this update will demonstrate we intend to continue moving forward with LIR and are taking actions to remedy the situation for those who have taken sizable losses due to recent events and feel uneasy about their investments.

Let's get back on track and focus on what's important, development and the on going tournament.

As of now, a total of 287 users unique by IP have participated in the tournament. Since the tournament has started, we've had a total of 362 new unique users sign up by IP address. So far there has not been much interruptions during the tournament with the exception of a bug found by Sovanik that would cause the site to lock up. After some refactoring we were able to tackle this problem and have deployed a solution that works well both on the client-end and server-side.

Currently, Jigar and I are continuing development based off our own internal time line. As mentioned before, there are 4 new games on the way and 2 new provably fair games however they will take some time to develop and even after release will require some testing before we allow gambling via monetary means to ensure safety for both our users and ourselves. As much has been accomplished in the last 2 months of development, we will look to put together a new revised timeline/schedule of what's to come in the near future.

Special shout out to our community who's been vocal about their support in the last few days. It means a lot to us and we assure you that we're here to stay, this is a long term project and the revised timeline will reinforce this.  Look forward to the upcoming changes and remember, the tournament ends on August 22nd so there is still plenty of time to win almost any category. It's anyone's game!

I have known Phoenix for over a year now and can vouch that he's a trustworthy guy. I'm not sure what's going on here, but Phoenix signed a message with an address from 8 months ago and the person claiming to be Phoenix says ludicrous things like "the account was hacked, how am I suppose to sign a message," what veteran of BitcoinTalk would say this sort of thing?

In terms of credibility you all have seen it yourself first hand as Phoenix was the one who managed the ICO funds and previously signed a message with over 100 BTC during the ICO. He's played an active role in our team and helped to bring us to the point where we are currently at today.

We've noticed, that you've noticed that the newer version of the site has been pushed to live. It's not entirely ready yet and we are still actively making changes to it which is why you may notice some things that weren't working, or your bots stop running (this happens when we publish a back-end change to the site).

For those who have asked how people are still rolling when we have disabled the faucet, there are some people who still have left over TEST coins from the last tournament.
