I have a problem with payment. I have the last payment in wallet. But more than an hour has no confirmation.
As you can see in my post just above, that happened to me earlier to day.  Took about 2hrs before it went through with the first confirmation.  I did get it though.

Latest payment from Multipool is not showing up in my qt wallet.  Multipool shows it was paid out 2hrs ago but the TXID does not show to be in a block.  I am not sure what would cause that.

Edit - Never mind it just went through.

I would reply in the cryptocoin talk thread, but that forum won't let me post.  Registered, logged in (I can see my name at the top of the screen), but can't post, can't reply, can't start a new thread.  Sigh.

Anyways, just wondering if something is up with DOGE? No deposits going through to Cryptsy and no change in my pool balance even though I'm hashing at 2Mhash/s.
I am hashing at 2M/s on Doge too and not having any issues.  Been getting coins all day.  I have my auto withdraws going to my Doge wallet though.  Just had one go through to my wallet an hour ago.  If you are not getting credit to your pool balance, then it is something specific to you it seems.

Cryptsy has a lot of reports about taking a very long time to register deposits (sometimes days).  Odds are it is on their end.

My actual mining return is nowhere near the estimates either. I've been mining at a constant rate of 5Mh/s on the Doge pool for the past 3 days and averaging approximately 25,000 Doge/day. According to Coinwarz, 5Mh/s should bring in somewhere between 36,000 Doge and 47,000 Doge per day depending on the difficulty (which has changed a bit over the past few days).

I don't know if this has been pointed out yet, but Doge has a variable block reward. If you hover over the little '?' next to the reward amount for Doge on CoinWarz, it'll explain. Basically it ranges from 0 to 1,000,000 so CoinWarz estimates the reward for each block at 500,000. That could explain the difference you are seeing because the actual reward could have been more or less. If we mined blocks which were mostly less, your coins per day would of course also be less.

Yes, I'm aware of the variable block reward. However over a period of time the "luck" involved in finding low and high reward blocks should even out to an average. I believe Flound mentioned in a previous post that the average was currently at about 450,000 - so I don't think this is the cause of the problem. Right now my 24 hour "snapshot" shows 34,600 coins mined in the past 24 hours (and that's where it's been for the past 3-4 days). Whereas the estimated 24hr coins/day is should be 40350 (for 5096 Kh/s, which is more or less exactly what my rigs are churning out). So... it's getting better, but still ~15% out.

While my Doge hash rate is lower then yours, I am seeing almost exactly the same difference.  Per 24h period I am about 14-15% below where I "should" be based on various calculators even using a conservative average hash rate.  I tried a few other options and as far as I can tell I did not see any better return.  My take is that is the way Doge is at the moment.  I now take that into consideration when looking at the profitability and deciding when to mine Doge with Multipool, or switch to LTC with a different pool.

My LTC balance still hasn't gone up since before all the trouble, and I've been mining for the past 16 hours.
Anybody else experiencing the same?

Unless the multiport is pointing to LTC, you are basically solo mining.  Unless you have a lot of horsepower, your variance is going to be huge.

This is not a LTC pool.

Thanks for the explanation. I am new to mining
I see the block time for LTC is  57.52h, does that mean coins will be paid out every 57.52h at the current pool hashrate of 50.2 MH/s?

More or less, yes.  The block time is the estimated time to find a block.  Note that this is an estimate and the actual time can vary greatly.  The pay out will not occur until a block is actually found not on the estimated time.  So coins would be paid out ~every 58hrs only if a block is actually found then.

The block time is an function of the pools hash rate and the coins difficulty.  Either one will cause the block time to get higher or lower.  And both vary on a regular basis.

Are you sure about that? I've been told that the block time (here, in top right corner) is the time elapsed since a block was last found. Other websites might vary in their terminology.

I should have been more specific.  You are correct that the "block time" displayed in the upper right on the main page is the time elapsed since a block was last found.  When the poster I was responding to said block time, I saw that as just a shortened version of the time to find a block from the stats page.  But you are right, he was probably referring to the main page and the block time displayed there.

Still missing about 25% of my doge coins....

Coins are starting to get credited.  Just received an auto payout for about 5hr out of my 12hr mining while the site was down.  I have about 4hr worth unconfirmed with about 3hr worth still "missing".  Hopefully the remainder will come in.

... If something was wrong why wouldn't multipool take the mining pools offline so our workers could automatically switch over to another pool.
Now we've all just wasted hashes and time.

This.

My balance showing as of now is what it was ~24hrs ago.  When the web site went down, my workers kept going for about 12hrs until the pool went down (~12hrs ago).  They switched over then to a back up for a couple of hours then the multipool mining pool came back up and they auto switched back.  I noticed it and manually switched to a backup because of the note on the website down page saying to switch miners.  None the less, I was mining on Multipool for a good ~12 hrs yesterday but no sign of the coins.  That is a lot of time and coins.  As others have said, where did all that hashing power go and where are the coins I mined?

If there was a problem that bad that resulted in lost coins, the pools should have been taken down (and left down) right a way.  For now I will reserve judgment, maybe everything we mined yesterday will show up in our accounts eventually.  For now though it is not obvious that they are up and working yet, so I am still mining elsewhere for now.
