i made the account back in 2001 and it has been verified for 10+ years now, so that cant be why they denied it.

Don't waste your time with VirWox, you might be all happy that you made an account, transfer money to it and exchanged it for bitcoin, but once you withdraw the bitcoin to an address as a new user they will review your account. And "process it" but every time me and my friends use different ip's and new accounts, they always write us back with

"Hello,

unfortunately we have received high risk indications for your account. We
have therefore refunded your payment and closed the account.

No matter who you are they will screw you over and waste your time.

I would not suggest you to waste your time trying. But hey maybe me out of all people are just unlucky which really sucks, but this really makes me angry as i need bitcoin.
