It appears a hard fork to LWMA difficulty adjustment has taken place. Blocks are being mined again, and exchanges have added the coin.

Any timeframe for when the fork will occur?

Also, how is the fork happening? Will this result in two different chains (like zclassic -> bitcoin private) or will it just be an upgrade to the existing Primecoin network?
