+1 Since all other links can't be trusted, I'm waiting for a message of the original author. I'll send him a message.
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ★★DigiByte|极特币★★[DGB]✔ DigiSync v6.14.2 - DigiSpeed - Segwit -DiguSign on: January 05, 2018, 12:20:06 PM
I'll always look into this forum with some sadness. Why? Because I was here during the first week of Digibytes life... I have mined a lot of it, only to hold for years my DGB. And what happened in November 2016? I had to sell my 2.3 M of DGB to pay my last bill, because this was a pretty bad year for me.

3 month later... yes, only 3-4 months later, BTC has risen by 300% and DGB by... 2000% at the same time... My total available DGB were between 90K and 120K USD, depending on the day. And I was fucking bored of this situation : holding for 3 full years, and selling DGB only because I had huge money difficulties at this time. This was 3 years for nothing.

Now, I'm back with a lil' investment of 500$, bought at 460 satoshis. I just hope that luck will be with me this time. And I'm sure that 2018 is the DGB years : Jared & co has proven they were reliable, innovative and dedicated. They have contributed too much during the past 4 years to don't be awarded more than DGB's actual value! Yes, DGB is fucking undervalued... But when people will realise that, it will be too late.

Even if for a month or so, DGB has gained some value, I fucking wonder why other "less good" coins have been pumped like crazy. But even if I'm sad about it... i'm kinda sure that a BIIIIG BOOOOM is near to happen. DGB in the top 5 of coinmarket cap? For sure... if it never happen, i'll remember that the humanity can have shit in their eyes (and mind).

Have a nice day, dear members of the DGB community.
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] Minexcoin - A new era of payments (Exchange launch - November, 1) on: December 03, 2017, 04:37:05 PM
Guys, like you I'm very happy of what is happening to MinexCoin... But don't be in a hurry to be listed on Poloniex or Bittrex too soon.

For sure, the coin chart is by far the best I have seen for a new coin... and this is thanks to the minexbank combined to the anti-volatility algorythm. But even if it has worked well for its first month, it needs to proove its efficiency on a more large period imo, in order to be mainstream. And staying one or two month on a more little exchange like livecoin allows to better control the volatility.

Keep in mind that after entering into Bittrex/Poloniex & co, the marketcap will be 10x what it is today, and I have some doubts that with a such volume the Minexbank+anti-volatility algo will be able to handle this huge marketcap.

Just my 2 cents. Wait a bit, let the team earn some more BTC... in order for them to better handle the future pumpers/dumpers group.

Can somebody explain please from where Minexcoin pays interest?

All coins sold on ICO to investors. Now they park their coins for 70% yearly return. How is this possible is there another funding?

You have wrong. 1 500 000 of the premine of 5 500 000 MNX was reserved for the MNX Bank reserve. That's how they actually pay the interests.
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] Minexcoin - A new era of payments (Exchange launch - November, 1) on: December 03, 2017, 09:12:52 AM
There is a chance to see the Exchange and a web wallet integrated in minexbank? I don’t like the idea to have separate entity, i’d see minexbank more like waveswallet.io

Not sure this is great idea. Web wallets are focused by hackers in order to find security issues and steals coins. I actually prefer to have the actual system... because my MNX coins stills in my core wallet.

But nevertheless, if we can see soon a ledger support for MNX, this would be awesome... because hardware wallet is the more secure way to store your coins. And moreover, it's the trend. Doing so will give confidence into the coin.
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] Minexcoin - A new era of payments (Exchange launch - November, 1) on: December 02, 2017, 05:12:36 AM
Hi there,

I have just joined the Minex community by investing something like 300$ in MNX. I have actually 2 questions :

(1) Because i'm not only an investor but a miner too, I wonder how much a rig of 3x GTX 1070 can mine per day actually? I'll be at 1200-1300 sols with my setup (optimised for the best sols/W, which is around 4.2/W).

(2) I have another question related to the PARK : why the weekly plan offers actually the best interest, even if you compared it to the monthly or annual plan... From my logic, the more time you park your coins, the more interest you should have in returns. But actually, it seems better to park for a week 4 times (20.4% without additional interests included) than to park for a month which will give you "only" 8.6%. Any reason for it?

Thank you in advance for your answers.

Cheers... and keep up the good work.
7  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Low Bitcoin-QT sync -> I have found the bottleneck. Need advices please... on: October 17, 2017, 12:45:24 PM
I don't really know where is the problem. Here are the facts :

- My Bitcoin QT is fully synced... I update it each 2 days approximately, and this sync takes 1 full hour... i expected a better speed, that's why I posted here.
- I have tested 2 HDD, and the problem stills the same. Both are Seagate Barracuda and have approximately 4 years. The first has 1 To, the other has 2 To.
- Slow reading only happen for Bitcoin QT (if I copy paste a big folder of, let's say, 10 go with multiple files, the average speed is 30 Mo/sec, with a min at 3 Mo/sec and a max at 120 Mo/sec).
- Both HDD haven't any issue, tested with GSmartControl.
- I'm not only interested in QT wallets, for security reasons and, btw, for fees reasons.

I'll test with another HDD, a Western Digital Green 2 To (4 years old too) and see if it performs better.
8  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Low Bitcoin-QT sync -> I have found the bottleneck. Need advices please... on: October 16, 2017, 03:04:31 PM
Hello there,

I have actually all my wallets, included Bitcoin QT, on a Seagate Barracuda 5200 tr/min (2 To)... and it seems my long sync time for the bitcoin client is due to it (my hard drive is at 98-100%, at an average of 700 ko of reading).

In order to solve this problem, I wonder if a SSHD can do a better job... because I don't want to spend 1000 bucks in a 1 TB SSD. Does someone already tried an SSHD specifically for the bitcoin QT client? Does it help a lot?

Regards.
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Dual mining of ETH+DCR => no ETH earning, but no problem for DCR on: September 29, 2017, 08:15:06 AM
Hi guys,

I'm actually mining ETH+DCR with the latest claymore and both @ Supernova pools. My miner is properly configured, I'm minning with 3x 1070 @ 82Mh/s for ETH & 820Mh/s for DCR... but the problem is that I have received only earning for DCR in 10 hours of mining. I have, btw, shares for both ETH and DCR.

Do you guys have any ideas on why I don't get any earnings in ETH Supernova pool? This is really strange because my workers are detected in the pool, with a proper hashrate. I'm really stucked.

Regards.

[EDIT] Hmmm, it seems that's because the last block found on supernova's pool is 2 days ago oO

Hi guys,

I'm back to mining after a break of 2 years. I haven't my complete rig right now, but have received 2 GTX 1070 already. I have then put a 1070 in my actual desktop computer in order to find the best compromise between hashrate and power consumption, and here is the details of what I have achieved :

Specs :

- Windows 10 x64
- Inno3D GTX 1070 3X Edition 8 Go
- CCminer-krlnx by tpruvot@github
- Drivers 384.94 WHQL (the last ones available)

Actually minning with : 26.1 Mh/s @ 80W = 334.08 hashes per watt
=> Core clock : 1800 Mhz (+125 Mhz)
=> Memory clock : 3700 Mhz (-400 Mhz) - it seems Skein algo doesn't care of Memory clock
=> Power scaling at 50%.
=> GPU Temp at 52°C, in a 27°C room  Wink

Higher hashrate possible if not taking into account the power usage : 31.5 Mh/s @ 152W = 212.21 hashes per watt, GPU temp at 70°C

Question : do you think that these are proper results? or maybe can I tweak it a little bit more? Any advice?

Thanks for reading.
Best use latest drivers 385.28, more stable.

Allright, I'll give them a try.

Thank you.

12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / [ETH Minning] Tested and approved easy software for minning ETH on: July 22, 2017, 06:14:51 PM
Hi there,

If you plan to start/try the minning of ETH, I would recommand you to use Goldminer.io. This software exists for more than a year, and had been updated 15 days ago. I think it's worth a try...

You're welcome ;-)
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Searching some Script miners alternatives for days... on: June 29, 2017, 07:23:29 PM
Hi everybody,

I have purchased an Antminer L3+ 3 weeks ago, but Bitmain seems to have some difficulties twith wire transfer, and my order was then just cancelled >< I have searched for days for an AVAILABLE alternative for a scrypt miner... without any success. It seems I have only 2 choices :

- Pay 2 or 3x the price of the Antminer L3+ in Alibaba/eBay etc...
- Buy some old hardware which isn't worth it.

My question is simple : since I expect to have at least 50 MH/s, up to 500 MH/s, what are the alternatives. I have found some products, but never purchasable. Can you give me some informations please?

Regards.

15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Launching the Antminer L3+, World's Most Powerful and Efficient Litecoin Miner on: June 17, 2017, 11:33:05 AM
It's not sold out, as it's not yet launched - as per L3+ "Notes" - bullet #6:
"Bitmain recommends the new PSU that is especially designed for the Antminer L3+ and will be available to purchase after 20 June 2017 with shipping start date before that of this Antminer L3+ batch."

Thanks for the clarifications. I have edited my answer too regarding the aternatives : an EVGA supernova 10 50 GS seems to be a good option.
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Launching the Antminer L3+, World's Most Powerful and Efficient Litecoin Miner on: June 17, 2017, 11:25:38 AM
Pre-ordered one, excited Grin

Which psu do you guys recommend me to get to power the L3+?

Should I go with antminer official one or just grab a regular computer platinum psu from Amazon?

I have pre-ordered one too, but I'm kinda affraid of the lack of communication regarding the issue when you proceed with a USD wire transfer. Lot of people had their preorder cancelled after a week, without any money back. And some people seems to be waiting for more than 20 days. I just hope this will not happen to me.

Regarding your question, the official one is out of stock yet. Regarding this video : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PPIlHbqms3Y the author recommand using the EVGA supernova 10 50 GS as an alternative https://www.evga.com/products/product.aspx?pn=220-GS-1050-V1.

Well, I have purchased a L3+ on their official website  3 days ago. I have done a wire transfer very quicly (2 hours after the purchase) because Bitmain clearly said that "if money wasn't transfered in 72h, the order will be cancelled".

The problem is now this one : I have ordered the Antminer L3+ 75 hours ago... and haven't received any additionnal mail from Bitmain. Moreover, I don't know why, but I can't access the same account page than yesterday... where I was able to see the order status. I'm kinda affraid!
18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Launching the Antminer L3+, World's Most Powerful and Efficient Litecoin Miner on: June 10, 2017, 12:55:26 PM
Quick question guys : do you really think it will be worth it to invest now in a L3+ which will be delivered at mid spetember 2017?

I was out from minning for a year or so, and really want to know if this investment isn't too late already...

Regards.

When you lack of luck... you lack of luck!

This is my story, the story of a guy who has already believe in DGB and who was holding approximately 2300000 DGB for 2 years and a half. Unjobless for several months, I had to sell my DGB in november 2016 for a price of approximately 800€. Now, the explosion of DGB combined to the one of BTC just killed me : 2300000 DGB is worth now 93000€.

I want to kill myself. Because of poverty, I had to sell my DGB... the only digital currency I had faith on. Sad life... really, sad life...

Nice to hear from you MOXYmore. Hope you getting better! Welcome back.

I have a job right now... but really, I'm disguted of so much waiting time and faith on Digibyte, to sell them all because of difficulties IRL. Good job for the holders... for me, it's time to accept the fact that this life just wanna makes me poor all my life.

See ya boys...
