i didn't received my token till now on myethwallet am i missing something ? there is no SNM token even listed in myetherwallet
you need to add a custom token: ADDRESS : 0x983f6d60db79ea8ca4eb9968c6aff8cfa04b3c63 Token Decimals: : 18 Token Symbol : SNM Enjoy! That is not the right adress. This is the adress: 0x93025150b13Eb744D51d927549a30630912E8Fe8 https://etherscan.io/address/0x93025150b13eb744d51d927549a30630912e8fe8 You can even check if you search in Google. People here continue to post bogus addresses for SONM . It's ridiculous why do you try to scam people?!? thx sir...joder It seems I misunderstood how this thing works. But really you can see how much tokens SONM is gathering on 0x93025150b13Eb744D51d927549a30630912E8Fe8 . ETH transactions for SONM are going there.

It's so simple actually, Bitcoin needs bigger blocks, just make bigger blocks. Don't implement it, stall forever, wait, try to use sidechains, you have little time, Bitcoin is still big, whales feed of it. But they would soon starve, no mining support and no user support, Bitcoin becomes leaner and meaner again, with bigger blocks and new developers, Core no more to stop it. Everybody happy, big CoreCoin supporting whales sad .

Does this coin has a block explorer?! I did look at the first page but I couldn't find one.

I think the admin of vircurex is not there anymore. So don't send any coins or you would most probably lose them.

So... I need an LTC and Doge wallet to mine to correct?
It depends on the pool, some pay in Litecoin others in Dogecoin.

I think Satoshi didn't have too much security on his e-mail by purpose.
In fact maybe he waited for someone to hack his e-mail... so this be a warning for him. If someone was after him, the first logical step is to attack his e-mail.
Also he did left his e-mail just like that, because it is better to left it, than to delete it... after all it doesn't matter. Because everything is already recorded somewhere at the NSA servers. Or maybe it does matter, maybe Satoshi knows more than us about security and how NSA records information.
Also if Satoshi was smart, he would not just use Tor. We all know Tor can also be compromised... and if someone really wants to find you, Tor would not stop him.
I think the creator of bitcoin did get security very seriously. After all he did invent bitcoin and it is the most secure payment system on the planet.

Maybe his account was hacked long ago.
When he posted "I'm not Dorian Nakamoto". That looked suspicious to me. Maybe his account was hacked by NSA, and they are trying to discredit him.
I think they would never find who he is, and they are just mad about it and now are using troll tactics. Because they can't do anything else.
Of course what they do (whomever they are) is stupid and would not have any effect on bitcoin.
Satoshi was around his "child" while it was little. Now his child has become a big black magical indestructible dragon and nobody on this planet can kill it.

hi , Is it a scam for Dogeparty? I can not log in the XDP wallet now, the button didn't work. when I click the" Try Dogeparty Wallet Testnet!' ,it get into XCP wallet. how could we know the burned Doge really being destroyed, instead of being cheated by someone?
Dogeparty is not a scam... why do you think it is?! You can see your burned coins on DDogepartyxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxw1dfzr . After you burn your doges they would show up there. You can be sure that they are really burned because you can't generate a private key for that type of adress. To generate a private key for DDogepartyxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxw1dfzr you would need a really powerful quantum computer and even then it would take few trillion years to do it. In theory nobody ever would be able to use the coins on DDogepartyxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxw1dfzr. In practice maybe someday after 100 years someone could have a powerful enough quantum computer... but then every adress on any cryptocoin would be at risk. You can read more about Proof of Burn at: https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Proof_of_burn

Developper Langer_Hans has news about the switch to auxPoW: It is scheduled to happen at block 371337! Awesome number.
It should be around September 12.
I haven't been keeping up with Doge too often but does this impact the circulation of coins or is that a non-issue Anyways thanks for sharing lynn, much wow in the future! It would be a hard fork. So there would be a new mandatory 1.8 wallet. The new wallet is in beta testing at the moment. (only for enthusiasts and bug hunters) Thanks and does that mean that present dogecoins will be transferred over or a Hardfork as in a re-minting of all coins. Think I answered my own question but its dogecoins are the rewards for mining with the new script. Your wallet would probably remind you to update when the new 1.8 wallet becomes available officially. All your doges should be safe no matter where they are. (presumably if you have paper wallets or cold storage, you don't need to move them or do anything) There is not any change to the doge blockchain. The hard fork is for added security and would not change anything significant about the core properties of the coin itself. About mining as I understand it, you would be able to mine litecoin and dogecoin together and receive your reward in what you prefer. I think you would still be able to mine only dogecoin if you prefer but it would be more profitable to mine them together and get your reward as dogecoins.

How can you have a 500 million wallet?! That is not possible...

Why Warren Buffett does not support Bitcoin?
Because he doesn't understand bitcoin. Also he doesn't understand the new digital era as a whole. If we want SHACoin to succeed we need some usability for it and we need time. Cryptocoins are very good concept and Satoshi Nakamoto was absolute genus. Our task now is much simpler... just to use this technology. I think in the long run cryptocoins would change the world. They are the ultimate banks system for Internet. Traditional banks are like a dinosaurs compared to space ships.

Everybody assumes that an PoW attacker should invest in hardware before the attack... no he should not. He would just use his Litecoin ASICs for 1 day and 1 attack on Doge. This is all it gets... it can happen tomorrow virtually at no cost for the attacker.
Also he can attack as long as he wants... and we can't do anything. We can reverse the blockchain but he can attack again and again.
Should we be forced by an attacker to go PoS?!
We should go PoS in a controlled way. That would be best for all, miners and investors.

I think Dogecoin should go PoS... the sooner the better. This is to protect it's investors. Because if the price is continuing to go down, in not so distant future it would be trivial to make 51% attack.
Really , how much do you know about PoS and it's vulnerability? And what about the 51% attack against doge? Do you know how much it will cost? It will be far cheaper to attack a full PoS coin. PoW is more easily to attack because you don't even need to buy the hardware to make the 51% attack, you just can rent it for 1 day make the 51% attack and be gone. But if you try to buy 51% of the coins to make 51% attack on PoS... that is just insane... it is much harder to do and you can't do it fast. Look on coinmarketcap the top 10 coins and tell me how many of them are pure PoW?! Dogecoin is more flexible than the old behemoths (Litecoin and Bitcoin), so the transition to PoS would be much more easier. This is wrong. Don't talk about things you have no idea how it works. PoW is considered safer than PoS - if you google for it you will find out why. "Google it" is not an answer nor argument. Also PoW is not considered safer, because it is not safer. With PoW you can have anybody make an attack... but with PoS he needs to have a stake. Many alt coins that were victim to 51% PoW attack have become PoS. Nobody ever have gone from PoS to PoW. Can you show me just one coin that have gone from PoS to PoW?! You can't because there are none.

After searching further, I found that there are many currency use same symbol. (for example: USD$, TWD$, CNY¥, JPY¥)
of course, if you have any idea of this, you can suggest it here. thanks.
I think $ is not a good idea. It can bring too much bad attention. Also at this time it is not that important. More important is to add SHA to coinmarketcap. I did make a request but they didn't add it. Much more people would see SHA if it is on coinmarketcap.
