Not a complicated issue at all - I bought Bitcoins through him eight years ago, when he closed Tradehill he offered to look after them for a fee - when I tried to get them back he simply failed to respond.

I have tried every way I can think of to get in touch - he must know that I am trying to contact him and he knows why, just easier to not get in touch and keep hold of my bitcoins.

Put simply the man is a thief - seems that he is setting up others (I note the Bahamas business does not deal with US residents).

The courts, yes sure - all he has to do is sell my Bitcoins and use the proceeds to fund lawyers to fight it - the man is a thief.

A discourteous thief at that, at least he is so stupid as to simply not respond to communications.

If you read my post you will see that I am planning a trip to the US to make a formal complaint.

My reason for posting was to find out if I am alone - has he canceled all of his emails and memberships of sites and simply has not got the message.

Al that said, rather odd that he has gone quiet for years while holding my property - if I had someone's stuff I would move heaven and earth to return it to them especially when it gets to be worth millions of dollars (that's the point) the man is a thief - I do not expect redress from the US legal system - fortunately I am at an age where I have done most of the thinsg that I want to do with my life, health is failing and so I have a more personal and permanent solution in mind.

One and all - I have only found out about this board.

Can anyone tell me how to contact Jered Kenna - I have tried all of my email addresses for him, his Facebook, his LinkedIn and sent messages to his business at Mission Avenue.

I was a user of Tradehill - they informed me that the site had been forced to close by the SEC or some such, they could send me my Bitcoins or I could have them held by them for a payment of 0.1 Bitcoins per month.

As things were busy for me at the time I left them with them until I found the time to deal with it - then a few years back I sent emails and no reply maybe then worth about $30,000 to $40,000 - did not think too much of it I would be able to get in touch one day, I notified him to return them and after all he was still keeping my Bitcoins safe.


Several attempts over the years, up until last December!!! Then worth millions especially with the splits/forks.

No reply to any enquiries.

My view of Bitcoins is that they are real possessions - like leaving a painting in the care of a gallery.

It is perfectly clear that he has received my messages - I will be traveling to US to make a criminal complaint about his actions.

I have read of a large theft he claims to have had of his personal Bitcoins - hacked by a faceless individual - well I know who stole mine.
