Benefit of vegetarian?
As we all know, having a healthy BMI will increase your chances of staying healthy and staying longer, reducing the risk of developing various serious illnesses including heart disease, stroke, bone problems. Joints like osteoporosis, and countless cancers. And according to various studies, vegetarian BMIs always have lower mean scores than those who choose diets.

“Vegetarian” is defined as avoiding all animal flesh, including fish and poultry. Vegetarian diets—naturally low in saturated fat, high in fiber, and replete with cancer-protective phytochemicals—help to prevent cancer. And also - help prevent heart disease. Animal products are the main source of saturated fat and the only source of cholesterol in the diet. Vegetarians avoid these risky products. No one knows exactly why vegetarian diets work so well, but probably cutting out meat, dairy products, and added fats reduces the blood’s viscosity which, in turn, brings down blood pressure. Non-insulin-dependent (adult-onset) diabetes can be better controlled and sometimes even eliminated through a low-fat, vegetarian diet along with regular exercise. Vegetarian diets have been shown to reduce one’s chances of forming kidney stones and gallstones.

Handling anger is important life skill that's right
but sometimes people struggles to get rid of it. I know everyone experience anger most specially when someone attempting or to have violated our boundaries we get extremely reacted and get angry. for me, its not easy to get calm when i'm in extremely  angered, So what do you do guys to calm down your anger can you give some idea to overcome or get rid of it.

Anger is something within us. It is one of our primal emotions.
Anger, surprisingly used is an emotion that energizes us, however if this is used in the right direction can do wonders.

Anger is a consequence to a situation. For example, if I feel angry with my work load today, instead of getting it out on others, it is better to use all that anger on my work, so that it gets finished, and the tiredness that comes due to working helps me get clam.

Frustration on the other hand , is the disappointment we get when we are unable to achieve what we wish to, when there are a lot of obstacles and one is unable to achieve the goal.

The anger that is a result of frustration, in such cases it is better to follow some techniques regularly to calm yourself.

Also figure out what is stopping you to achieve that goal you wish to. Try to change the course of action then.

Or if it is how people behave or there actions are hurting you, remember that every individual have there own way to function, to act. You too must be having a typical way to act which one may not like, but would you change yourself for a random person, No right?

Our opinions can clash as we are different, hence, we can never control what the other has to say, but we can find middle ground a scenario where you both agree, with equal compromises.

When it comes to the world of investing, three words come to mind: overwhelming, intimidating, and scary. "Invest in yourself. Your career is the engine of your wealth." We all want wealth, but how do we achieve it? It starts with a successful career which relies on your skills and talents. Invest in yourself through school, books, or a quality job where you can acquire a quality skill set. Identify your talents and find a way to turn them into an income-generating vehicle. In doing so, you can truly leverage your career into an "engine of your wealth". Another testament to the fact that investing without an education and research will ultimately lead to regrettable investment decisions. Research is much more than just listening to popular opinion.

"The four most dangerous words in investing are: 'this time it's different.'"
 - Follow market trends and history. Don't speculate that this particular time will be any different. For example, a major key to investing in a particular stock or bond fund is its performance over five years. Nothing shorter.
