since I just logged on...wtf does that mean?

It is a bit frustrating. This is a great community though and the inconvenience is worth it. I suggest that you copy any replies or posts to clipboard before you click the "post" button because if you get that message and go back, your text will be gone.

It's one of those things with the internet though, you never really know who someone is, or their gender.
One of the joys and downsides I guess depending how you look at it.

Either way, wellcome and hello to everyone as I am new also.

Ed

I think it is very cool that gender can be so irrelevant online. Same with race, size (fat/thin), too many warts on a face or whatever.

Hello everyone,

I am selling through litecoinlocal and got this message :

1. I create and give you a btc wallet and password on blockchain with 6 BTC 2. You can login , check BTC, change password and attach and verify to your email this wallet 3. You send me the ltc 4. i release you the transfer keys so you can send BTC to your personal wallet that way block chain role is as escrow

Is this possible? We are trying to exchange bitcoins to litecoins. I am new to this and dont want to make mistakes.

Thank You

I don't think blockchain would appreciate this sort of thing. Have you checked with blockchain to see if this acceptable? Maybe they would like to know of people trying to use their service inappropriately?
7  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Is Multibit a safe online wally? on: February 01, 2014, 02:41:40 PM
It's a lightweight client, and it works like a charm. There is a function to encrypt your private keys, so it's safe (you should not keep bigger amounts in there anyway).

Where would you keep larger amounts?

@ OP I use multibit and am happy with it.

Free Bitcoin Educational Site:
In just under a day I was able to earn 5,500 Satochi's, while learning a little about Bitcoins each hour.

lol.
It may be good for newbies to learn more about bitcoin, but it is definitely not good for getting bitcoin. Tongue

If you try to make all of your own, u may get disappointed at the end of the day.

Of course, but the point is the payment is still low even if you get dozens of referrals (well, if you get thousands of referrals, it would be great). Tongue

BTW, the author of that article even misspelled "satoshi" as "satochi" lol.  Cheesy

There is a thread going on here regarding this => https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=441983.0

This is insane  Cheesy

An entire thread devoted to a typo in an article? wheeee you all party hard here Smiley
ok ok ima go see for myself.
