Those people don't give a fuck about staking this coin. PoS is just a smart method to create bagholders imo.

PoS is a solution to the ASIC / GPU mining an therefore Major Electricity Problems from supporting a blockchain.
PoS doesn't create BagHolders, bad coins create BagHolders.
If you don't have anything nice to say...

Fourth:
My losses from GAW and from the direct and intentional misrepresentation and fraud committed by GAW’s Mr. Garza and Mr. McLain are in the high 6 to low 7 figures.  My direct and immediate losses are in the low 6 figures.

Most employees at GAW, specifically anyone who held or were stated as having held a C-level or management position at GAW, have lost at minimum 5 figures in direct losses with most in the 6 figure range.

Lastly:
I look forward to your scathing and classic bitcointalk style commentary and completely unrelated yet hilarious memes.

5 and 6 Figures eh...

Where did all them "Management" level employees get 5 and "most" 6 figures to lose?
Lots of management positions are filled in bitcoin / cryptocurrency mining startups in the NE USA with people that have 6 figures to directly lose in investments....

I also have a ocean front property you might be interested in, in lovely ocean swept Arizona.

Go on...

or maybe Troll post is Troll

I risked $1000 of my mining profit on buying shares just over 120 days ago. I withdrew my returns weekly and made $683, once my shares expired the $1000 in principal became available to withdraw.

Back in again but just with my mining profit.

What are the best stake strategies?

Should I keep my Sync offline for a month and then stake, or just stake every few hours?

It varies by coin, but in the case of Sync, I would recommend one large block via coin control, and leave it open. Sync has a very short maturity period, and the POS minting is going down by half every thirty days until it reaches 1%. Right now you want as big a shot at that minting as you can get. I'm recombining every time I stake. The few minutes I lose vs. The increased shot at staking early in the maturity phase is worth it with a six hour maturity.

Coins with a longer period, I pursue a different strategy, and when Sync gets down to 1% I'll probably be doing it with Sync as well. Break your blocks over the period of a week so that you are getting some stakes every day.

PoS coins have become my main focus, so I'm studying how they work with several coins, and there really is no "best" strategy for all. Each has a different character, even with similar specifications. I'm planning on writing up a pretty comprehensive coin control guide, but I'm still seeing how it plays out between several coins before I commit that to the internet.

W just purchased yesterday just over 3 Sync, can you give us detailed instructions on how to stake? My Husband just has the wallet open on his desktop but other than that we don't know what else to do. He closes the comp at night of course. I just need the Idiot's guide to staking instructions. Smiley. Like go here click that etc. Cheesy We incubated all 3 Sync last night in the wallet so it was one lump sum that went into the wallet in one go.

All you have to do is leave the wallet open.. and once the coins mature.. a day or so.. poof.. they stake.. just keep the wallet open.

TOO EXCLUSIVE... (This is not meant as FUD just a thought provoking question, please educate me)

Has anyone considered the potential danger of this coin becoming too exclusive?  Right now approximately 90 percent of the coins rest with the top 100 addresses.  That really limits the number of people I Can trade with especialy if you consider that roughly 30 of those addys are on the 3 coin bubble to qualify for profits meaning i dont think those addys will let go of any coins..

I only bring this up as a discussion point as to whether or not the supply of coins is beneficial long term or if the threshold for profit share and whale status is set too high.

Im already deeply investedin this coin sodont get me wrong, im thinking about others trying to reach these levels in the future.  I dont want people to lose heart tryng to accumulate synvc to reach these levels.

I understand it is a balancing act obetween  exclusivity and  coin price.  Is the general thinking that coins will disperse to a wider audience oncecwe reach a 3, 5 , 10 btc price?

I know my instinct will be to hold and never let go especially once that first profit share btc hits my wallet.

So my question is does anyone see the coin supply and dispersment an issue considering the levels needed to enjoy the higher end benefits?

If so what should we do?

Bottom line... I love this coin and I want more and more people to love it too!

You literally just described Bitcoin. Shocked So judging by its success no it is not "Too Exculsive".  Grin

She just read all of your comments on this thread...

and then bought the coin you dumped.

You are both lying. There has been no real buy support since .7000.

I have been watching this all morning. Everything moving today is people selling their own coins to themselves. Sorry guys but get real, the order book tells the tale. Seriously need to consider dumping my small holding at a loss. Sad

Please Dump your coins at a loss..

BTC is down $60 over the last week.. better dump that too while your at it.

just ignore and nothing else - why you are answering someone who is not invested ?

Only because a comment like that needs to answered once.. and denounced as the nonsense that it is.. that is all.

sad.. bought in at 1.1 - 1.2  BTC

Sad

if your scared then sell, for SYNC to grow the weak hands must be gone.

Nope.. it is staking happily in my wallet..

I am not complaining.. just sad to see it drop.. don't you?

I am holding and let see where it will lead me.

Then hold, buy, and promote = gain
or
Hold, stake, and post FUDish comments about price in forum = loss

Your choice...

Seems simple to me. you don't like the coin, or someone who may or may not be involved with the coin anymore? Sell and have a nice day. Oh, you are trying to protect your investment? How, by talking shit and trying to drive the price down? Well that'll be GREAT for your investment.

I guess people are no trying to write shit about the coin.
They are trying to make people aware of MsCollec which is connected to Sync.

Exactly because MsCollec is like a ticking time bomb that could explode at any point further down the line.  It might not matter to people when sync is about 1BTC per coin but imagine if it were 100BTC per coin?  It would hurt a hell of a lot more then.

So what are you suggesting that he has a "Secret stash" of SYNC somewhere just waiting to dump onto the market? Or that he will organize or already has organized the sync foundation to dump massive coins all at once? Exploding the market causing FUD ripples throughout the known cryptouniverse?

One last question. Does your tin foil hat fit really tight?

Does anyone know when is next Sync payout?

I have received the lastest payout from both scrypt and x11 multipools on 2 different wallets, So I say the issue is resolved.

Happy mining/staking.

getting bummed bought at 1.39 Sad

no fear... this coin is going to go higher than anyone expected.

However.. do not invest anything you can't stand to lose completely so with that... keep the negativity to yourself.

All is good here SYNC is growing perfectly.

thx for this coin. yesterday i had to sell my SYNC's because I needed the btc, but I made a great deal, buying @ 0.135 and holding not even 2 month Cheesy This is one of the very few coins where early buyers did not get screwed (well, if they hold). good job, and all the best!

its sad that you Need the Money - you ve missed an opportunity but you re right THANK YOU FOR THIS COIN

Yep I still have not sold a single coin. We still have a very small market cap. If we gain real traction with some real big money we could be easily 10 times our current price.

+1 This is complete fact

Guys,

X11 coins are loosing more and more profitability.
This might change any time soon, but scrypt mining is much more profitable at this very moment. .

I'm thinking about removing x11 algo and adding SHA256 coins instead, and target a new audience for mining SHA256 into SYNC. This will give probably a better buy power then x11.
X11 miners can easily join the scrypt part of the pool an still get there SYNC's

Please think out load your opinion on how to get more buy pressure out of the SYNC multipool!

Please dont drop the X11 port.

Love being able to mine, and play stuff like GW2.... can't do that with scrypt.

Not to mention it is so much less heat.

I have some equipment I would point at the SHA pool if you open it.

Why they hell doesn't anyone seem to care about the unanswered questions regarding the premine and the block explorers ?

Poloniex has given me the "we're looking into it" a few times now.

What are the questions?

Premine was 5% or 5 Sync, clearly stated.

And explorer is here:

http://chainz.cryptoid.info/sync/

Your correct you just missed the .    Premine was 5 SYNC a total of 0.5%.
