Bitcoin's transaction fees have been huge once again, so my question is really if Litecoin can shine again when Bitcoin transactions are too expencife?
Or will Litecoin continue to be forgotten?

Yes, Hodl instead of mining.
Mining is a business for professional and experienced people in Computer Technology or Coders who have knowledge of Mining and Blockchain.
We need to focus on Hodl, normal Bitcoin price gains and opportunities to get Bitcoins for free. Mining is not suited for normal people.

Very true. Compared to modern Ethereum, Cardano is a really outdated coin and it had plenty chances to overtake Ethereum but Cardano did not achieve to overtake Ethereum. Now, more modern coins like Avalanche will be passing Cardano itself, where we will possibly see an Altcoin overtaking Ethereum. But Cardano has finished, it really needs a major success to get relevant against Ethereum again, where Cardano is far away currently. Cardano is losing ground to Ethereum. |

I mean if it continues the trend of its performances in the previous era then it should touch near to 100k$ but it's not looking possible especially under these kinds of worldly issues.
100k seems like a bold prediction right now but once reached, we will look back and be sure it was an easy mark for Bitcoin. Do you expect it is possible in 2024 for Bitcoin to reach 100k USD?

We don't know yet how future Altcoins will perform.
Maybe it is a good idea right now to remove old and outdated coins like Dash, Cardano, Ripple or Tron and buy more modern future Altcoins like Avalanche, Algorand or Near Protocol.

It is very risky because of loss. NFT trend is over now and I heard a study where it says most NFT end as a big loss. New bull market will be good for many coins while I'm not sure for NFT. Next bull market, we will have new trend. NFT trend is over now. |

Right now, it is looking very bearish for our coins because recently, we had a big loss. Bitcoin and Ethereum almost dropped 10%.
But Bitcoin and Ethereum are still up from previous gains.
It is very difficult if we will have new bull market or new bear market ahead.
What is your personal expectation?
Relax mate. I'm always relax, Sir. Btc and eth chart are both fine and we just need more volume to compensate those -10%
Yes, we need more people for buy. If everyone (or most people) who own Bitcoin now, do not sell it, while many new people buy it, it will result in a big market demand and it's a very good base to start an extended bull market on. |

Best practice is just HODL.
Because in an unfortunate case of events, where Bitcoin will go back up, we might miss gains when it really happens when we have sold before.
It is risky to have a miss of profit.
Even if Bitcoin goes down more, it is likely to recover later.
But I would not sell in case Bitcoin goes up right away soon.

I have not expected Bitcoin to outperform Bitcoin because 1 BTC is always 1 BTC.  Sorry mate what meant is that you expecting litecoin to outperform Bitcoin, it was a typo error but I have corrected that now and you can now have a clearer understanding of what I mean also I am glad that you know that Bitcoin is high-risk compared to bitcoin and the is a higher possibility of a pump and dumped in litecoin, but that is almost impossible for Bitcoin. Why is Bitcoin high-risk compared to Bitcoin? Bitcoin is always same risk if we are not in leveraged trading. And it was just question if Litecoin outperfom Bitcoin. And I am hoping to read my replies from your ops, even if anyone should choose Litecoin, then it shouldn't be for long-term bases.

Litecoin is dead. What makes you think if litecoin will able to surpass bitcoin? I meant it has no further development anymore. Litecoin is still exist caused by bitcoin. it's done man for litecoin even in another thread many people talking about litecoin halving and it means nothing.
It will not give impact to the price of litecoin.
Did you read my comment or not? Because I have never said, Litecoin would surpass Bitcoin. I have said outperfom Bitcoin. Outperform does not mean overtake. It is just about a medium-term investment comparison. Plz learn reading. |

I have not expected Bitcoin to outperform Bitcoin because 1 BTC is always 1 BTC. But sound great to see that Litecoin is making a recovery, and good luck to those who bought when the price crashed along with other altcoins as mentioned by ops, but for me I will do more Bitcoin and less altcoin in this period, just to minimize my risk.

No, it can't reach 20$ because Cardano is far from being innovative.
Probably, it will be overtaken from more innovative coins like Tezos or Avalanche.

Since this is your first post, I'm the first to respond to your topic in this thread.
The current price of the top 15 coins to reach 100% price is difficult, including Ethereum. That's my opinion. To reach the price of $10K, first it has to do with the price of Bitcoin. Then it also has to do with the amount of Ethereum demand in the market.
Next, just take a look at every other member's response, you can definitely get an answer on why ETH can and why ETH can't reach the price of $10K.
Yes Crypto currencies are important to gain more adoption and all currencies will grow. For details, I expect still more advanced coins to grow more. Like Ethereum will build a lot for Ethereum 2.0. |

Avalanche can reach 200$ soon because right now, much projects are more famous but technically not good. Only Ethereum is technically similar to Bitcoin but Bitcoin is still better. If Avalanche is not hacked, it can challenge Ethereum.
