can't you refund them to the accounts in the pool?

If I get it right you have several transactions in your database which were not accepted by the network as they were considered as DDoS attacks.
Compare your DB with the blockchain, find transactions that did not make it to the blockchain and credit the DOGEs to user user accounts fund.

I understood the problem.Please allow me this question:

Will you take care of resubmitting those payments that did not make it in the blockchain or do we have to send you the payment address?
If the later, shall I post it here (again) or somewhere else?

In the meantime I will go for the manual payout.

I can confirm tha payout problems.

I am missing a transaction.
It does not occur in the blockchain.

The transactions before and after however do and were credited successfully.
