personally,i feel there should be no ICO without a whitepaper, because the wihtepaper help bridge the gaps between the investing party and the company.. therefore, i would say an ICO without a whitepaper is 99.9% scam

A whitepaper is a detailed information or proposals about a business. It is important to study a whitepaper as to get more knowledge about a bounty.

as an investor a well written whitepaper is really essential. to me, i really will not believe 100% in a whitepaper because it just give idea off the project.

A stake is the portion owned or invested in a business venture. in other word, stakes are reward in bounty campaign. for example :
 if 1 stake= $1000, and you are rewarded with 5 stake, your reward for that bounty campaign is 5*1000. therefore for every 5 stakes you get $5000 e.t.c.

i dont think its proper for me to submit my details before i can get a token, anonymity is a reason why some people are into crypto. i  means most times this information can be sold on dark webs.
