Alcohol, although legal and widely consumed, lowers your inhibitions and makes you a very poor decision maker. 
You can make negative life altering choices while under the influence of alcohol. 
Decisions that can destroy a lifetime of hard work in one evening.   Decisions that can even kill you or others.
Fortunately this did not happen to me.  Although I was just damn lucky.
I saw it happen in front of my eyes more than once.
However, with Marijuana which I have been around and smoking since I was 15.... I have never seen 1 life altering decision made.
I am 49 years old.  Went to a State University, but was also a "metal head" with music.
I took part in massive quantities of both.

ALCOHOL IS DANGEROUS!  Please be careful when drinking.  Especially when hit that critical threshold of "being really drunk"   Bad things happen.

Buy a piece of land with Ether from MetaMask

Take a look at the value of some land pieces already near the skyscraper in the middle of the map
Find a more remote piece -  Unless you got the Big Bucks...... which most of us don't
Eventually your land will be populated and developed
You can develop your land plot in many ways
All the while the game progresses and you progress your plot,  your land value goes up

Personally,  I say get in now,  which is still early.
