1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][EXCHANGE][REALTIME] Crycurex.com exchange on: January 28, 2014, 06:40:07 PM

Sorry but its their job - they are paid haters.

Their job is to damage repupation and force me spend lot of hours replying to their posts and explaining things that never happen.

When my exchange will be 2,3, 6 months old I hope you become trust it

You don't seem to understand the point I am making.
How people view crycurex.com is how people see you and vice versa.

You could implement bank level security tomorrow and I still wouldn't trust your site.

Unfortunately, someone paid those haters well well because they post several negative posts about my exchange per hour, so its their "full-time" job, unfortunately I have to survive that.

You do need to trust now, If you start trust me in future, I will be happy if you become my customer

As i said, they just raised the flags, your comments and reactions have been what has made my decision.
I am a customer service professional and know when someone is actually trying to work with his clients, you cannot, and will not, have a 100% happy customer base, anyone who claims they do are liars. But how the unhappy clients are handled speaks volumes about a company.
crycurex.com has brought some of these issues upon itself as a result of your actions and comments.
Remember how people view crycurex.com is how they view you and vice versa.
I strongly urge you to read my first post and implement some of my advice you may then be able to at least put a stop to the rot I am witnessing.
Simply creating a new thread will not make this problem go away, all that will happen is other threads will be made criticizing you and they will do even more damage to your reputation than anything that is said in here, when people see that you welcome criticism and open dialogue it helps negate any damage you have done.
When you opened your new thread I saw it for what it was but decided to give you another chance to prove me wrong, I've been in my industry for far too long to not spot these signs.
Again good luck in your endeavors

sorry crycurex, I wont be trusting your site, and for what it is worth I will tell you why.
Not once have I seen you acknowledge that this could even of happened, even when the topic first came up, as I said in my earlier post do not believe you are bulletproof, nobody is.

If you believe you are impenetrable, especially while using a http address then you are not trying to improve your security, as for your logs  I know from a longtime back that the easiest way to hide your activities was to delete and or alter logs, not sure if that is still possible or not but something to look into.

If you ever have your site independently verified as secure I may consider using you until then I wish you the best of luck.

And on a final note none of the negative comments on this thread are the reason I won't do business with you, they just raised the flags, it is your responses and attitude that has convinced me I cannot trust your site.

seeing as your still in beta, I would suggest you are still an announcement, your site is not fully functional.

- hm maybe you are right I am still in beta but site works well, sometimes there are delays with deposit/withdrawal

I would also like to know what is your response to the accusations that
a) these people missing funds didn't close their account? you actually went so far as to accuse them of trying to hack you, do you have any proof of this?

User: atheistftwins wanted to cheat me and make 2 withdrawals instead of 1. He failed and now he wants to damage my reputation, he probably works with user "wrecked"

b) I have read here as well as in other locations that once you go fully automatic the site is going to be wide open, is this true? do you have any proof that it isn't?

- Words about low security are lies from paid haters, there are not security holes, my site is 100 % secured

Also what security does your site employ? I notice that it's not a secure site (http:// as opposed to https://) how do I know I can trust this site?

- https will be added in next hours

If you have any other questions feel free to ask

What proof do you have to back up the comments I have underlined.
I'm trying to understand if I should trust your site

6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Giveaway threads are not allowed on: January 28, 2014, 04:36:54 PM
my two cents,
As a newcomer who found this site as the result of an altcoin I was looking into, Giveaways are a pain in the ass, along with the i'm selling x million of *insert coin* I have participated in a total of 2 giveaways after having already mined the coin, giveaways will NOT persuade me to try a coin, the coin setup, dev team and coin community will do that for me.
Why should bitcointalk pay to allow you advertise?
The hosting fees, staff time to moderate the forum etc those of you putting out new coins are reaping the benefits of someone else investment, and while I acknowledge that bitcointalk could benefit from the traffic you bring, advertising revenue, why should you get to benefit of their initial investment? with no risk to yourself?
other than one person I have not heard anyone say they would be willing to put any of their money/bitcoins up to be able to continue to do this.
The admin has, in my opinion, been very gracious in saying you can list your offsite giveaway just don't run it on this site. Last time I checked websites are the ownership and property of the registrant not the community, and quite frankly if you come to my home or to my business, you will conduct yourself in a manner I NOT YOU deem acceptable, and if you don't then let me show you the door.
People this is not a democracy, if you want a forum to be run as such put your money where your mouth is and go start altcointalk.org.

Ok, I have been following this thread closely, I am fairly new to alt coins and have managed to collect a few and was looking for an exchange to trade them on and crycurex started listing on a few other threads about his exchange.
Originally I was going to use his exchange but encountered the wallet issue, which to be totally honest had me worried, even though the site was in beta I personally thought the roll out should of been handled better.

After reading this thread there are a couple of conclusions and assumptions I have come to,
Firstly people learn to do simple maths and reading comprehension, I realize the wording on the site can be ambiguous but there are plenty of posts in this thread that make it clear that the fee comes out of the coin you are selling, Crycurex a few lines of code would fix this on the trade screen, max trade possible = balance - 0.19% fee, just a suggestion  but it seems to be one of the largest complaints.
The rest of my comments are for you Crycurex,

I believe you have a number of issues going on here, from reading your posts I assume English is not your first language, and even if it was I know personally how just cultural differences, inflections and local slang can totally change the comprehension from what was meant, perhaps you should consider having someone else handle all of your forum posts who can relay your feelings in a better light?
I also have to say that your customer service skills are seriously lacking, Having spent many years in a customer service environment I would of fired any of my staff members for speaking to a client in the ways i have seen you do, again I would strongly recommend you place someone else as the forum contact for your company, you just strike me as not being people person, sorry just my view based upon your own posts.

And now to the issue of the people who are missing coins/accusing you of theft etc, From what I can see, and I believe you are an honest man, there is a problem with your website SOMEWHERE. Now I assume you have a programmer, or your maybe your doing it yourself, who is telling you that no it's not possible, well unfortunately not everybody is as good as they claim, when the big boys, twitter, Facebook, Microsoft etc etc who can afford and do employ the cream of the crop and the likes of Panda and Symantec, who's business is to STOP hackers can fall victim, never assume you are bulletproof. There are many people on this forum who make their living fixing these kind of problems, maybe use their experience and independence to end this discussion.
I for one am currently holding off using your exchange until I know your site is secure, your denials and claims do nothing to counteract the negative that is generated from knowing there is a possibility that my coins will not be safe while in your care. reading from an experienced, well respected and knowledgeable person who has had access to your system that yes or no this could/could not of happened would earn you at least my custom, and I'm sure, the patronage of many others.
If you need assistance with your customer service aspect please feel free to reach out to me, I have over 15 years experience in the customer service industry including management, and I am sure if you speak to others on the board and in the community you will be able to find someone who can help you put an end to the accusations of theft/ security issues.
